If you run an Instagram page, personal brand or e-commerce business, you should stop creating content completely based on guesswork.

There are AI tools that can help you analyze your existing brand and turn that information into a more structured content strategy.

One interesting tool I came across is Procos AI.

You can provide your Instagram page and other relevant brand assets, then use its AI capabilities to explore things like:

• Brand positioning
• Brand DNA
• Content analysis
• Strengths & weaknesses
• Growth opportunities
• Content strategy
• Content funnel ideas

And one of the most useful parts is the AI Assistant.

You can give it a prompt like:

“Analyze my Instagram page and create a complete content funnel for my brand.”

From there, you can refine the strategy with more specific questions and turn the analysis into actual content ideas.

For e-commerce, this can be particularly useful because your content shouldn't just be random posts.

You need content for different stages:

Attention → Education → Trust → Conversion

AI won't magically grow your business.

But using the right data and asking the right questions can help you make much better decisions about your content.

How do you know whether your video ad has a strong hook?

Don't wait until your campaign spends a lot of money to find out.

You can create a simple Hook Rate custom metric inside Meta Ads Manager to get an early signal of how well your creative is grabbing attention.

Here's the formula:

3-Second Video Plays ÷ Impressions × 100

For example:

10,000 impressions
3,000 3-second video plays

= 30% Hook Rate

As a practical rule of thumb, I like to look at 25%+ as a stronger signal and use lower results as a reason to test a better opening.

But don't make the mistake of judging an ad only by Hook Rate.

A good hook can get attention — but your entire creative needs to hold attention, communicate the offer, generate clicks and eventually produce conversions.

That's why creative testing isn't just about making “better-looking” ads.

It's about understanding what happens at every stage of the customer's journey.

Let’s talk about something that confuses a lot of advertisers…

You launch a Meta Ads campaign and suddenly see a very cheap CPM.

Your first thought?

“Great! Meta is giving me cheap traffic.” 😍

But here’s the problem:

Cheap doesn’t automatically mean good.

Meta is designed to find people and placements where it can deliver your ads efficiently. Sometimes that can mean getting very cheap impressions or clicks — but those people may not have the same level of intent as the people you actually want to reach.

And this is where many advertisers make a mistake.

They see:

✅ Cheap CPM
✅ Cheap clicks
✅ Lots of impressions

…and assume the campaign is performing well.

But then they look at the actual business results:

❌ No purchases
❌ Poor-quality traffic
❌ Low conversion rate
❌ Ad budget disappearing without a profitable return

Your goal shouldn’t be to buy the cheapest traffic possible.

Your goal should be to get the right people at a profitable cost. 🎯

In this reel, I’m showing you a simple thing you can check at the Ad Set → Placements level when you’re getting cheap but low-quality traffic.

And here’s an important fact:

💡 CPM is only one metric. A cheap CPM can still produce an expensive customer.

So before you celebrate a “cheap” campaign, ask yourself:

“Is this cheap traffic actually converting?”

Watch the video, check your placements, and test the changes against your actual conversion data.

If you found this useful, save this post and share it with someone running Meta Ads.

One simple Shopify section that can make your products much easier to discover 👇

If your Shopify homepage isn’t giving enough visibility to your important products, you can add a custom Product Slideshow section directly to your theme.

No paid app.
No complicated setup.

Just:

1️⃣ Shopify → Online Store
2️⃣ Edit Code
3️⃣ Sections
4️⃣ Create a new section
5️⃣ Add the custom Liquid code
6️⃣ Add the section to your homepage

You can use it to highlight your best sellers, featured products, new arrivals or products you really want customers to see.

It won’t magically increase sales — but better product discovery and a cleaner buying journey can improve your store’s conversion potential.

Want the exact code?

I’ll share it with you.

🚨 If you're running ads and not seeing sales — read this before you spend another dollar.

I put together a 10-slide breakdown of exactly how to use TikTok and Meta Ads to actually sell your products — not just rack up impressions and clicks that go nowhere.

Here's what's inside:

🔹 How to choose between TikTok and Meta (most people get this wrong)
🔹 The budget setup that lets data do the work for you
🔹 How to target actual buyers instead of wasting spend on cold audiences
🔹 The hook formula that stops people mid-scroll
🔹 How to build offers your audience can't say no to
🔹 A retargeting sequence that follows your warmest leads to the sale
🔹 How to scale without tanking your results

I've seen store owners spend $3,000/month on ads and make $800 back.
Not because ads don't work.
Because they didn't have a system.

This carousel is the system.

👉 Swipe through, save it, and share it with any business owner you know who's struggling with their ads right now.

And if you want me to review your current ad setup for free — drop "AUDIT" in the comments below and I'll personally reach out.
