In her latest opinion piece published in The Express Tribune, Chairperson Child Protection & Welfare Bureau Punjab Sarah Ahmad highlights the urgent need to protect children from the growing risks of the digital world — including cyberbullying, online exploitation, inappropriate content, mental-health concerns and harmful online interactions.

Following the unanimous Punjab Assembly resolution seeking restrictions on social media accounts for children under 16, Sarah Ahmad emphasises that the initiative is not against technology, but against technology harming our children.
