The 𝗣𝘂𝗻𝗷𝗮𝗯 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 (𝗣𝗙𝗦𝗔) was pleased to welcome the 3rd Cohort of interns from the 𝗣𝘂𝗻𝗷𝗮𝗯 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 (𝗣𝗪𝗣𝗔) as part of their Summer Internship Programme, offering participants practical exposure to the critical role of forensic science in strengthening the criminal justice system.

The delegation was received under the leadership of the Office of Partner Engagement & Strategic Communication (𝗢𝗣𝗘𝗦𝗖), 𝗦𝗼𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗦𝗮𝗿𝘄𝗮𝗿 & 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻 PFSA 𝗔𝗹𝘆 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗸, reaffirming PFSA's commitment to fostering meaningful institutional partnerships and promoting knowledge exchange among public sector organizations.

A key highlight of the visit was an insightful session by Ms. Abroo Imtiaz Gill, who briefed the participants on the investigation and management of women and gender-based crimes. Drawing upon practical forensic perspectives, she discussed victim-centered approaches, evidence preservation, inter-agency coordination, and the vital role of forensic science in ensuring justice and protection for survivors.

Through engagements like these, PFSA continues to invest in developing informed professionals who understand the value of scientific evidence, ethical investigations, and collaborative approaches to addressing complex societal challenges.

Together, we are building a stronger, safer, and more responsive justice system through science, partnership, and capacity building.

The Punjab Forensic Science Authority (𝗣𝗙𝗦𝗔) welcomed probationers and instructors of the 𝟰𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗦𝗜𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗮𝗸𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗲, being conducted at the Railway Police Training School (RPTS), Walton, Lahore, for a field visit and study tour.

The delegation comprised 𝟳𝟱 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝟱 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀, with the visit aimed at providing practical exposure to forensic science and enhancing participants’ understanding of its role in criminal investigation and the justice process.

The engagement reflects PFSA’s commitment to strengthening the professional capacity of law enforcement personnel through practical learning, knowledge exchange and institutional collaboration.
