عالمی یوم عدم مساوات کے موقع پر فائٹ ان ایکویلیٹی الائنس سندھ کی جانب سے سکھر پریس کلب میں ایک پریس کانفرنس کی گئی۔ پریس کانفرنس سے فیا کے سندھ کنوینر علی کھوسو نے خطاب کیا۔ ملک بھر میں عدم مساوات کے خلاف جاری جدوجہد میں فائٹ ان ایکویلیٹی الائنس پیش پیش ہے۔

لاہور میں عدم مساوات کے خلاف عالمی دن بھرپور طریقے سے منایا گیا۔ تقریب میں سینکڑوں عورتوں، طلبہ، مزدوروں اور فنکاروں نے شرکت کی۔ فائٹ ان ایکویلیٹی الائنس پاکستان نے ناجائز قرضہ جات، بلاجواز ٹیکس اور مہنگائی کے خلاف جدوجہد کا اعلان کیا۔ ہم مہنگائی کے اس دور میں عوام کے ساتھ کھڑے ہیں اور حکومتوں سے یہ مطالبہ کرتے ہیں کہ ناجائز قرضہ جات کا بائیکاٹ کیا جائے، امیروں پر ٹیکس لگائے جائیں اور ان کو عوام کے معیار زندگی کو بہتر بنایا جائے۔

ہم تقریب میں شامل ہونے والے تمام افراد اور تنظیموں خصوصا خواتین کا شکریہ ادا کرتے ہیں اور امید کرتے ہیں کہ ظلم اور ناانصافی کے خلاف جدوجہد میں آئندہ بھی ہمارے ساتھ شامل رہیں گے۔
