Visit Report – FWC Khoidad Khel

Upon the direction of DPWO Lakki Marwat, Mr. Ifrahim Yaqoob, Tehsil Officer paid a visit to Family Welfare Center (FWC) Khoidad Khel on 27.08.2026.

At the time of arrival, all staff members were found present and performing their duties. The centre was found clean and neat.

The medicine and contraceptive stock registers were checked and found complete and properly maintained.
