The District Surveillance Review Committee (DSRC) for Acute Flaccid Paralysis (AFP) cases was convened under the chairmanship of Dr Shahid Riaz Chief Executive Officer (CEO), District Health Authority (DHA), Layyah.

The meeting was attended by the District Health Officer (Preventive), Dr. Naeem-ul-Hassan (DDHO Karor), DDHO Chobara, DDHO Layyah, Consultant Pediatricians from all hospitals,DSV,ASVs, and other relevant staff.

All participants actively attended the meeting and contributed to the review and discussion of AFP surveillance activities in the district.

ضلعی انتظامیہ کی ہدایت پر ڈاکٹر نعیم الحسن سواگ، ڈپٹی ڈسٹرکٹ ہیلتھ آفیسر کروڑ نے تحصیل کروڑ کے مختلف مقامات کا دورہ کیا۔

دورانِ وزٹ سویپ ایکٹیویٹی، ڈور مارکنگ اور فنگر مارکنگ کا جائزہ لیا گیا اور ٹیموں کو ایمانداری سے کام کرنے کی ہدایت کی گئی۔

An evening review meeting regarding the ongoing Polio Eradication Campaign was held at DC Office Layyah under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Layyah, Mr. Asif Ali Dogar.

🚨 انسدادِ پولیو مہم – تحصیل کروڑ 🚨

پنجاب بھر کی طرح تحصیل کروڑ میں بھی انسدادِ پولیو مہم کا باقاعدہ اور بھرپور آغاز کر دیا گیا ہے۔ یہ قومی مہم آج سے 16 اپریل تک جاری رہے گی۔

اس مہم کا افتتاح ڈپٹی ڈسٹرکٹ ہیلتھ آفیسر (DDHO) کروڑ، ڈاکٹر نعیم الحسن سیواگ، میڈیکل سپرنٹنڈنٹ (MS) ڈاکٹر امیر خان، چائلڈ اسپیشلسٹ ڈاکٹر محمد اسماعیل اور ڈاکٹر غضنفر مختار نے کیا۔

🔹 ایس او پیز کے مطابق خصوصی اقدامات:
• ہر بچے کو گھر گھر جا کر پولیو کے قطرے پلائے جائیں گے
• ٹیمیں مکمل ویکسینیشن کٹس اور شناختی کارڈ کے ساتھ موجود ہوں گی
• والدین کو آگاہی فراہم کی جائے گی
• ہائی رسک ایریاز میں خصوصی فوکس کیا جا رہا ہے

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 عوام الناس سے اپیل:
تمام والدین اس قومی فریضہ میں بڑھ چڑھ کر حصہ لیں اور اپنے پانچ سال تک کے ہر بچے کو پولیو کے قطرے لازمی پلوائیں تاکہ وہ عمر بھر کی معذوری سے محفوظ رہ سکیں۔

📍 پولیو ٹیمیں آپ کے گھروں، اسکولوں، قریبی ہسپتالوں اور بس اسٹینڈز پر دستیاب ہوں گی۔

A meeting was held with DSP Karor, Mr. Abdul Razzaq Gorcha, regarding security arrangements for NID(Polio) April 2026 Polio Campaign.

The DSP assured that comprehensive and foolproof security arrangements have been finalized and will be fully implemented throughout the campaign to ensure the safety of all teams.

Field visit conducted for team monitoring and household cluster monitoring. Polio teams were found working in the field. House-to-house coverage, finger marking, tally sheets, and vaccine handling were checked. On-spot instructions were given. Overall performance was satisfactory.
