آئی ایس ایف مردان کے نوجوانوں نے چیئرمین عمران خان کی سالگرہ کے موقع پر کیک کاٹا گیا۔
اس تقریب میں چیئرمین آئی ایس ایف عبدالولی خان یونیورسٹی گارڈن کیمپس اسامہ عالم مہمند ، آئی ایس ایف پشاور ریجن جنرل سکٹری ارشد علی ، آئ ایس ایف ضلع مردان صدر احسان اللہ، ITW مردان صدر ذاکر شاہ، عبدالولی خان یونیورسٹی گارڈن کیمپس صدر سلمان باغی، جنرل سکٹری ہمایون بیگ، مردان کالج صدر آصف علی، کاٹلنگ کالج صدر اُسامہ صافی اور کابینہ کے ممبران نے خصوصی شرکت کی۔

تقریب کے دوران عمران خان کی درازیِ عمر، صحت اور جلد رہائی کے لیے خصوصی دعا بھی کی گئی۔

On the directions of the President ISF Main Campus Osama Alam Mohmand , today the General Secretary ISF Main Campus Mr Nasrullah and President Law Faculty Mr Humayun Baig, held a meeting with the District Zakat Chairman Malik Jehanzeb ,The meeting focused on the scholarship program recently announced by the District Zakat Office for AWKUM students.

The Zakat Chairman emphasized that deserving students must submit their scholarship applications before the specified deadline. It was agreed that the scholarships will be awarded strictly to deserving candidates.

Note: The scholarship is exclusively available to local students from Mardan

انصاف سٹوڈنٹ فیڈریشن عبدالولی خان یونیورسٹی مین کیمپس, مائنز اینڈ منرلز بل کی شدید مذمت کرتی ہے، اسے آئین پاکستان،کی 18ویں ترمیم کو کمزور کرنے کی مذموم کوشش کے طور پر دیکھتی ہے۔

آئین کا آرٹیکل 142(a) صوبوں کو اپنے قدرتی وسائل کو کنٹرول کرنے کا اختیار دیتا ہے۔ اس بل کی دفعات کنٹرول کو مرکزیت دینے، صوبائی خودمختاری کو ختم کرنے اور آئینی فریم ورک کی خلاف ورزی کرتی نظر آتی ہیں۔

انصاف سٹوڈنٹ فیڈریشن عبدالولی خان یونیورسٹی مین کیمپس, آئین میں درج وفاقیت اور وکندریقرت کے اصولوں کو برقرار رکھتے ہوئے صوبائی حقوق کے دفاع میں مضبوطی سے کھڑا ہے۔ ہم 18ویں ترمیم کی روح سے سمجھوتہ کرتے ہوئے طاقت اور وسائل کو نئے سرے سے تبدیل کرنے کی کسی بھی کوشش کو مسترد کرتے ہیں۔

بل کے مضمرات:

1. صوبائی خودمختاری کو مجروح کرتا ہے۔
2. آئین کے آرٹیکل 142(a) کی خلاف ورزی کرتا ہے۔
3. وفاقیت اور وکندریقرت سے سمجھوتہ کرتا ہے۔
