It is notified for information of all concerned that FBISE has developed Practical Based Assessment (PBA) Model Papers based on curriculum 2006 in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and for Computer Science based on curriculum 2009 for SSC-II and HSSC-II for annual examinations 2025 only.
Instructions, list of practicals for PBA along with Model Question Papers of PBA for SSC-II and HSSC-II of the above mentioned subjects are being uploaded on the FBISE website. ๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ฒ๐ฏ๐น๐ถ๐ป๐ธ ๐ถ๐

It is pertinent to mention here that National Curriculum of Pakistan 2022-23 has been implemented in the core subjects including Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Computer Science at SSC-I and HSSC-I levels with effect from academic session 2024. It has been also decided that PBA examinations of these subjects (based on curriculum 2022-23) will be composite instead of in-parts. Therefore, there will be no PBA examinations for the mentioned subjects in the annual examinations 2025 at SSC-I and HSSC-I levels. The composite PBA examination (having consolidated marks) will be held w.e.f annual examination 2026 and onwards (for curriculum 2022-23).
Instructions, list of practicals for PBA along with composite Model Question Papers of PBA based on curriculum 2022-23 at SSC and HSSC levels will be shared at appropriate time.
