Dr Uzair Farooqui DFP Monitoring Team 04 at Liaquat Chowk in Uc 06 Gaziabad where he monitored the outreach session, checked microplan and social mobilization efforts. He also visited the local influencers and MPA Ejaz house for support of vaccination in the area. The teams are working with full enthusiasm for maximum coverages.

Respected Project Director EPI Sindh, Dr. Raj Kumar, along with DHO Dr. Lajpat and ADHO/DFP EPI Dr. Uzair, visited District Karachi West. During the visit, he inspected the District Control Room and Cold Room where he reviewed cold chain functionality, stock register updates, backup power arrangements, 30 DTR and temperature monitoring, as well as overall stock management. He appreciated the storekeeper for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

He further visited the UHC-15 fixed site, where he observed ongoing MR and OPV vaccination activities. Dr. Raj Kumar interacted with the vaccinator regarding SOPs and guidelines for the MR vaccination on ZM entry and checked the ILR, graph charts, dropout records, tally sheets, and overall cold chain maintenance at the facility.

He also inspected an outreach session of Team 2 in a hard-to-reach hilly area. He also monitored the session, reviewed tally sheets, observed megaphone announcements, assessed social mobilization efforts, and verified the vaccination status of the area. The efforts of the outreach team were highly appreciated for their dedication in challenging terrain.

The Project Director EPI Dr. Raj advised all teams to maintain their commitment and ensure that every eligible child receives the MR and OPV vaccines.
