In pursuance of the consolidated Judgment dated
26.07.2024, passed by the Hon'ble Subordinate Judiciary Service Tribunal in Service Appeal No.03/2017, and recommendations of the Hon'ble Administration Committee of this Court vide meeting dated 08.04.2025,
the Competent Authority has been pleased to reinstate the following Judicial Officers into service without back benefits with immediate effect, subject to final outcome of the de-novo inquiry proceeding as well as pending CPLAs filed by this Court before the Apex Supreme Court of Pakistan:
1. Mrs. Riffat Aamir, Additional District & Sessions Judge.
2. Malik Amjad Rahim, Additional District & Sessions Judge.
3. Mr. Qaiser Rahim, Additional District & Sessions Judge.
4. Mr. Manzoor Qadir Khan, Additional District & Sessions Judge.
5. Mr. Safeer Qaiser Malik, Senior Civil Judge.
6. Mr. Adil Akbar Khan, Senior Civil Judge.
7. Mr. Rashid Rauf Swati, Senior Civil Judge.
8. Mr. Shah Hussain, Senior Civil Judge.
9. Mr. Tasawar Hussain, Civil Judge.

He was also a young central leader of Tehreek-e-Hazara Province. May Allah (SWT) bless him with Jannat-ul-Ferdos and give his family courage and patience to bear this loss, Aameen.
