Peshawar – August 5, 2026: A progress review meeting of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Employees' Social Security Institution (KP ESSI) was held today under the chairmanship of Mr. Waseem Ahmad Khan, Vice Commissioner, KP ESSI, to review the overall performance of the Institution and assess progress on key operational matters.
During the meeting, the Vice Commissioner reviewed the performance and issued necessary directions regarding the effective implementation of the ESSI Benefits Awareness Campaign, expeditious recovery of social security contributions, and other priority institutional matters. The meeting also discussed transfer and posting cases of employees through the Placement Committee to ensure transparency and merit-based decisions.
Mr. Waseem Ahmad Khan emphasized the need for enhanced field performance, improved service delivery, greater public awareness of ESSI benefits, and timely achievement of assigned targets. He directed all concerned officers to strengthen coordination and ensure strict compliance with institutional policies and timelines.
The meeting was attended by the Director Medical, Director Finance, Director Administration, and Deputy Directors of KP ESSI, who presented updates on their respective areas of responsibility and discussed measures for improving the Institution's performance and service delivery.
