Enhancing Our Schools: Local Education Council (LEC) Training Session
Empowering the community to take an active role in our children's future! 📚✨
Today, I had the privilege of conducting a specialized training session for the members of the Local Education Council (LEC). The LEC plays a vital role in bridging the gap between schools and the community, ensuring that every child receives a quality education in a supportive environment.
During the session, we focused on three primary pillars:
Effective Governance: Understanding the roles and responsibilities of council members in school oversight.
Resource Management: How to effectively advocate for and utilize school resources to improve facilities and learning outcomes.
Community Mobilization: Strategies to increase student enrollment and encourage parents to become active partners in the educational process.
It was inspiring to see such dedicated individuals coming together with a shared vision of academic excellence and institutional growth. When the community takes ownership of its schools, the possibilities for our students are endless!
Together, we are building a brighter tomorrow, one school at a time. 🇵🇰
