Under the supervision of Secretary RTA, Muhammad Ali and SP Traffic City Circle, Shabana Habib, a joint operation was conducted on Wednesday at Meezan Chowk against illegal rickshaws, permit-less Suzuki carrier and single as well as double cabin commercial pickup vehicles. Action was also taken against rickshaws operating on fake and expired permits.

During the operation, 37 challans were issued for violations of traffic laws, and one illegal rickshaw was taken into custody under Section 115 of the Motor Vehicles Ordinance.
