Positivity of 2020 in Shaping the Future of Humanity - A year in review
2020 was a year of real superheroes. Never before has there been a borderless event of this magnitude that has influenced our thinking, lifestyle, decision making, and inter-dependence. Local and global dynamics have totally changed and 2020 has not been a normal year in any way. Now we realize the devastation caused by the pandemic but COVID-19 has also acted as a wake-up call for all of us to adapt to the changing environment and to re-imagine the roles of industry, government, and civil society. We saw many positive things this year and believe me, the events of 2020 are going to reshape the future of humanity.

Extremism can never be defeated with wrongful approaches. Good and evil are part of all societies in one or other forms and we must act wisely. Hurting the religious sentiments of other groups and people is a bad idea to combat extremism. Know about the 'weaponization' of French secularism and misunderstanding of the west in this video.

We are witnessing a massive wave of false and misleading information during this Covid-19 pandemic. Serious concerns are being raised by civil society and governments for dissemination of fake news, circular reporting, misinformation and controversial subjects over social media. How can we deal with misinformation that is promoting distrust about national institutions!

Trees have the same value as lungs in the human body. They are essential for the proper functioning of mother nature. They consume Carbon Dioxide (CO2) and produce Oxygen that is the symbol of life for Earth’s inhabitants. We must understand that coexistence is the secret of organic life to prosper. Large scale deforestation, non-sustainable production methods and urban encroachments have cost us a lot in the last century. Now, we have to return to the sustainable living behaviors and care for our mother nature, the Earth, our only habitat in the universe. Planting trees and restoring the forests may prove to be the best strategy to combat climate change.

Plastic is a big problem and we need to understand it.
Plastic bags have adverse effects on our environment including marine life, wildlife habitat and humans. Plastic is like forever and it is present all around us. It punishes our marine and land animals for no reason.
