Field Supervisor Obaid ur Rehman, Department of Tourist Services (DTS), along with his team, conducted inspections of various entities in Rawalpindi, including Flatties Residency Apartments. During the visits, rooms and other facilities were thoroughly assessed, and Field Supervisor Obaid ur Rehman provided guidance to hotel staff and management on addressing shortcomings and enhancing service quality for tourists.
The Department emphasizes that entities operating with deficiencies in tourist services will face strict action to ensure high standards are maintained. Field Supervisor Obaid ur Rehman also advised GMs and owners on best practices to improve their offerings, ensuring a superior experience for visitors.
