COMMERCIAL SHOPS AVAILABLE FOR RENT – AL-MIZAN MARKET, RAWALPINDI

Al-Mizan Foundation invites applications from interested individuals, businesses and commercial concerns for rental of available commercial shops at Al-Mizan Market, Tipu Sarwar Road, Rawalpindi.

Currently, 20+ commercial shops are available, with the following size options:

Option 01: Shop 12 × 18 ft + Veranda 12 × 5 ft - Total Area: 276 sq. ft.
Option 02: Shop 8 × 18 ft + Veranda 8 × 5 ft - Total Area: 184 sq. ft.

Al-Mizan Foundation continues its steadfast dedication to serving its beneficiaries with integrity, transparency, and sustainable welfare delivery. Through prudent fiscal governance, structured asset optimization, and rigorous compliance, the Foundation has successfully expanded its outreach while ensuring long-term institutional stability.

Key Highlights & Welfare Milestones:

Rs. 41.86 Million Welfare Delivery: Provided essential welfare support directly in kind to eligible and deserving beneficiaries across the judicial community.

Expenditure Containment: Strictly regulated expenditure at 36% against the allocated 62.10%, maximizing funds directed toward beneficiary support.

Resource Optimization: Saved approximately Rs. 7 Million through institutional restructuring by converting the Rest House into the Director General’s residence.

Enhanced Revenue Generation: Achieved a 148% enhancement in royalty and rent under the renewed IIMCT arrangement, securing a structured 20% escalation every three years.

Robust Governance & Compliance: Implemented the Endowment and Investment Fund Rules, 2026, completed key audits, assessed statutory tax liabilities, and deposited Rs. 11 Million toward tax compliance.

Healthcare Support Facilities for Eligible Beneficiaries

Al-Mizan Foundation continues its commitment to facilitating access to essential healthcare services for eligible beneficiaries under the Judicial Family Support Programme - Healthcare Emergency & Medical Support (JFSP-HE&M).

Through approved arrangements, eligible beneficiaries may avail healthcare support including free-of-cost dispensary services with adequate life-saving and emergency medicines, as well as free medical check-ups and outdoor facilities at designated hospitals.

In addition, indoor medical facilities, specialized treatment, laboratory tests, X-rays, operative treatment, and bed charges are available at 50% reduced costs at:

• Pakistan Railway Hospital, Rawalpindi
• Riphah International Hospital, DHA (Sihala), Islamabad

To further support healthcare accessibility, medical camps are being arranged at Al-Mizan Staff Colony. The proposed Al-Mizan IIMC–Trust Medical Complex at the Al-Mizan Foundation premises is also part of the Foundation’s future healthcare development initiatives.

Beneficiaries seeking medical support are encouraged to review the eligibility criteria provided in the Al-Mizan Welfare Policy (Pages 10-17) and submit applications through the prescribed Al-Mizan Healthcare Support Form.

Al-Mizan Staff Colony, Tipu Road, Rawalpindi - Improved Residential Services for Beneficiaries

Al-Mizan Foundation remains committed to improving the residential facilities and living environment of the beneficiaries of Al-Mizan Staff Colony, Rawalpindi, particularly the staff of the Supreme Court of Pakistan and Al-Mizan Foundation.

With this objective, a comprehensive programme of maintenance, repair, security, sanitation, utility improvement and residential management is being implemented to ensure that the Colony remains safe, functional, well-maintained and responsive to the genuine needs of its residents.

The measures undertaken and planned are aimed at improving essential services, strengthening administrative oversight, addressing infrastructure requirements and ensuring fair and transparent management of residential accommodation. Particular attention is also being given to the timely resolution of maintenance-related issues and the provision of a more organized and dignified residential environment for the beneficiaries.

These initiatives form part of the Foundation’s continuing welfare mandate and reflect its commitment of achieving its objectives

OUR IMPACT | Supporting Education, Financial Well-being & Access to Healthcare

At Al-Mizan Foundation, our welfare initiatives are built around a simple purpose: helping people move forward through education, financial support and better access to healthcare.

Our efforts have already helped facilitate 32 admissions in medical and engineering education, while approximately Rs. 36 million in financial assistance has been provided to eligible beneficiaries and 2 dispensaries facilitated at Peshawar High Court and High Court of Balochistan at Quetta.

Looking ahead, the Foundation is expanding its educational support through 43 annual scholarships, with a long-term vision of reaching 1,075 Al-Mizan Scholars over the next 25 years. This includes 100 % admission and tuition fee waivers, along with boarding and lodging support for five recommend it Al-Mizan Scholars form Sindh and Balochistan.

Our healthcare initiatives also continue through medical facilities at Pakistan Railway Hospital, Rawalpindi, Riphah International Hospital, DHA (Sihala), Islamabad, court dispensary support, medical camps, provision of medicines, subsidized healthcare facilities and collaborations aimed at making essential health services more accessible.

Every initiative reflects our commitment to responsible welfare creating opportunities today while building a stronger support system for the years ahead.
