Right to Public Services Commission is an independent statutory body headed by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Commissioner, RTS Commission and two additional Commissioners. The primary responsibility of the Commission is, through the offices of District Monitoring Officers in each district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, to ensure the notified public services being provided to the citizens within a defined timel
ine, transparency and quality of services are also determibed. If the citizens file a complaint against a public body, the Commission provides a platform to the general public, initiates the hearing process, addresses the issues and resolves the complaints.
