ڈائریکٹر جنرل انڈسٹریز اینڈ کامرس، خیبر پختونخوا کی ہدایات اور اسسٹنٹ ڈائریکٹر، کنزیومر پروٹیکشن کونسل سوات کے احکامات کی روشنی میں سی پی سی سوات کے فیلڈ عملے نے تحصیل کبل میں واقع مختلف میگا مارٹس، میڈیکل اسٹورز اور ویٹرنری اسٹورز کا تفصیلی معائنہ کیا۔

معائنے کے دوران اشیاء کی میعادِ مصرف اور متعلقہ دستاویزات کا بغور جائزہ لیا گیا۔
معائنے کے نتیجے میں:
- *5 دکانداروں* کے خلاف ضوابط کی خلاف ورزی پر قانونی نوٹس جاری کیے گئے۔
- چند دکانداروں کو معمولی نوعیت کی خلاف ورزی پر تنبیہ کی گئی اور آئندہ ایسی غفلت سے اجتناب کی ہدایت کی گئی۔

علاوہ ازیں:
دورانِ کارروائی موصولہ ایک صارف کی شکایت برائے ناقص جوتے کو بھی حل کیا گیا۔ دکاندار کو پابند کیا گیا کہ وہ صارف کو اس کے جوتے تبدیل کر کے معاوضہ فراہم کرے، جس پر عملدرآمد یقینی بنایا گیا۔

In compliance with the directives of the Worthy Director General of Industries and Commerce, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and on the instructions of the Assistant Director CPC Swat, the field staff inspected various LPG shops, Homoeopathic clinics, Mega Mart and Chicken shops.
The following activities were performed during the inspections:
- Checked prices, expiry dates, documentation, display of pricelist and availability of LPG stock.
- seven violators were summoned to the office for selling expired Homoeopathic medicine & Grocery, overcharging and filling LPG into vehicles. Furthermore
- A meeting was held with the President of the Stone power crushers Association Malankand division in the office of AD ind swat, and directives were given to convey the message to all owners of the SC to avoid illegal crushing and apply for renewal and also remove crush plant voluntarily located near river bed otherwise forcibly be removed.

On the directives of worthy Director General Industries and Commerce Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Deputy Commissioner Swat, the Assistant Director Industries Swat alongwith Assistant Commissioner Barikot conducted joint inspection against Stone Crusher plant and Asphalt plant. Checked documents and feasibility status under Power Crusher Act 2020, on violation sealed 4 stone crusher plant and one Asphalt plant on polluting environment. Issued legal notices for compliance and legal proceedings.

On the direction of the Worthy Director General, Industries & Commerce, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and on the instructions of the Assistant Director, Ind/CPC Swat, Team A conducted a detailed inspection of different establishments in Tehsil Matta while Team B conducted inspections in Tehsil Barikot, District Swat.

During the inspection, price lists, weights and measures/gauge, expiry dates of products, and relevant documentation were checked.

As a result of the inspection, 10 violators were found involved in different irregularities. Notices have been served to all 13 violators for further legal proceedings as per law, while two units were sealed.
