Let's welcome and congratulate Spc Montero and PFC Rodriguez on their successful completion of Initial Entry Training (BCT and AIT).

They will now join their Units as fully qualified Soldiers, while simultaneously attending college as full-time students.

Today the Air Assault Development Program recognizes SSG Christopher Albino Acosta member of HHC 1-296TH INF for another outstanding achievement, graduating today from Airborne School at Fort Benning, Georgia.

SSG Albino Acosta is a product of the Air Assault Development Program, where he embraced the challenge to become better every day. Through discipline and determination, he has earned his Air Assault wings, graduated Ranger School, and now adds Airborne wings to his accomplishments becoming one of the few Airborne-qualified Soldiers in the Puerto Rico Army National Guard in recent years.

His journey is a reminder that excellence is built through hard work, resilience, and the courage to pursue the next challenge.
