👷What is ACASP? The Acquired Skills in Civil Life Program (ACASP) allows people with experience in civil life to be enrolled at a higher rank and skip certain training.

👮 ♀️Who qualifies? Those with experience in key fields such as medicine, security, computer science, mechanics and translation may be eligible for an advanced range and less training.

💸 Benefits: Listings can receive better initial pay, faster promotions and less time on training, based on their verified skills.
