Our Executive Member, Católica Porto School of Business and Economics recorded the largest rise among the five Portuguese schools in the ranking.

Its programme advanced 29 positions, to 66th place worldwide, which was also the largest improvement recorded among all the schools featured in the 2026 edition.

The main highlight is the Career Progress Rank indicator, where Católica Porto SBE’s Master’s in Management achieved 1st place worldwide.

The programme also shows a salary increase of 73% for its graduates and an employment rate of 100% three months after completion.

We are pleased to share another successful Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs (EYE) exchange hosted by Bourne Management & Building Ltd. 🇬🇧

During the 𝟭.𝟱-𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲, Host Entrepreneur Bora Berker welcomed a New Entrepreneur into his 𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗻-𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, providing hands-on exposure to architecture, construction, design, and project delivery.

The exchange also fostered discussions on new ideas, future projects, and different approaches to 𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲, construction, and entrepreneurship, bringing fresh perspectives to the company.

Bora described the experience as highly positive, explaining that it brought an international perspective to his business while also supporting the development of a new entrepreneur.

Following the success of this collaboration, he looks forward to pursuing further international collaborations and hosting more NEs through the EYE programme.

𝗟𝘂í𝘀 𝗔𝘇𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗼, founder of Tinta nos Nervos, participated in the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs (EYE) Programme as a Host Entrepreneur for Clara Dresaire Loire.

During this six-month exchange, Luís helped Clara develop her 𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗼𝘃𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 while producing professional video content into Tinta nos Nervos communication strategy. They produced videos that covered interviews, events, exhibitions, and cultural activities.

The exchange increased the company's social media reach by 8% while helping Clara build her portfolio and promote her audiovisual production services to potential clients.

Sylvia Jackson, founder of Wordify Science, participated in the Erasmus For Young Entrepreneurs (EYE) programme as a Host Entrepreneur. Drawing on her 14 years of entrepreneurial experience, she mentored a new entrepreneur as she developed a business idea in astrocartography.

Through the exchange, Sylvia developed ways to structure entrepreneurship and mentoring tools so they could be easily accessible to aspiring entrepreneurs. She remains committed to supporting the next generation of entrepreneurs and sharing practical guidance with those are starting their entrepreneurial journey.

Rafael Castro-Amoedo, founder of the climate-tech company Emissium, participated in the 𝗘𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗺𝘂𝘀 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝘀 (𝗘𝗬𝗘) Programme as a Host Entrepreneur for Anila Shaheen.

During the six-month exchange, Rafael mentored Anila on the challenges of building a 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲-𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆, providing her with insights into start-up growth, business strategy, product development, and the EU funding ecosystem.

Anila's expertise in communications, grant writing, and ecosystem building supported Emissium's communication and fundraising efforts, contributing to grant proposals, social media strategy, and investor pitches. The exchange brought a new perspective to the company and created a valuable opportunity for knowledge sharing.

Through the 𝗘𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗺𝘂𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝘀 (𝗘𝗬𝗘) 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲, 𝗔𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗞𝗮𝘂𝗿 had the opportunity to work with Berlin-based entrepreneur Avitosh Sawhney for six months, gaining valuable insight into how an early-stage business idea can be developed into a digital service.

The experience allowed her to explore how a 𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀-𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗮𝘅 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 concept could evolve into a practical service for people living and working across different countries.

During the exchange, Amanpreet worked on developing her 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗮𝘅 𝗔𝗹𝗹𝘆 concept towards an MVP, exploring service design, pricing, financial planning, and digital product development. The experience provided practical insight into how entrepreneurs structure, test, and refine ideas, strengthening her confidence to continue her entrepreneurial journey.

Based in the Algarve, Atelier Teresa Santos is an architecture and interior design studio working mainly across Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo, Vilamoura and the surrounding areas. The studio provides an integrated service spanning architecture, interior design, planning, bespoke furniture, material selection, 3D visualisation, procurement and construction support, guiding clients from the initial concept through to project completion.
