Today, we honour the memory of the lives lost on 7th December 2023 and stand with the families and communities forever changed by the floods in the North of Mahé and the CCCL explosion at Cascade.

We also recognise the strength of our nation—those who responded with courage, those who rebuilt with dedication, and those who continue to heal. May justice, unity, and resilience guide us forward as we remember and rebuild together.
