Yesterday's shoot with Project Blue went very well :) I thought at first that the ambient light would be too strong because the sun showed up after a day of clouds. Lockily it did not impact the end result at all. Not to many people on location to get in the way, a location that some of you will recognize because I´ve taken a similar shot there before. But this time, other than including Project Blue in the shot, I've implemented some new editing tricks that I have learned. Such as overlay with gradient fill, selective noise reduction and glow effects. The edit took about 3 hours to complete.
When will I show it? :) Well I´ve finished the intro presenting Project Blue today, so I will post that one first. Took the opportunity to start to learn a new program when creating it called After Effects. Very cool program as you will see tomorrow when I post the intro :)

Today I will take my first shoot with my new character that I am yet to present for you. Thats if they dont throw me out of the building :) I will also work on the intro presenting Project Blue.

Testing a new umbrella-setup that I will hopefully use in my next project. Flash at about 1 meter, firing at 1/2 power and 35mm. Camera set at f/16. The stray light will be fix by the dubbleexpoture that I´m doing anyways.

Many thanks to my friend Rei for letting me bounce my ideas of him regarding my next Umbrellaman-project :) I think I will give it a go and try the "flash-on-a-stick"-approach :)
