One decision. A whole new perspective. 🌿

What started as a way to spend her school holidays became one of the most meaningful experiences of Chloe's life. Joining the OBS Leadership & Service Award (LSA) meant stepping into the unknown — meeting new people, embracing outdoor challenges and discovering she was capable of more than she imagined.

Going without social media during the 21-day programme took some adjusting, while the heat and rugged terrain of the overseas expedition in Bintan truly tested her resilience. But what stayed with her wasn't how tough the journey was. It was the watch mates who stood by her, encouraging her to keep going and reminding her that she never had to face challenges alone. 🙌

Through LSA, Chloe gained more than lifelong friendships. She learnt that leadership isn't built in isolation or by doing everything yourself. It grows through trust, shared experiences and bringing out the best in one another. 💚

Today, she's continuing that journey by giving back as an active member of through the OBS Alumni community.
