Lutheran Community Care Services Ltd (LCCS) was established in 2002 to serve families, children and youth through developmental, preventive and intervention work. As an Institution of a Public Character (IPC), we exist to serve the community-at-large regardless of race, language or religion. LCCS is also a partner of the International Institute for Restorative Practices (IIRP) since March 2013, to

contribute to the growth of practice and knowledge in restorative practices through research and application. Besides working with institutions, schools and families, we also work with families with school-going children in the community.
