🏆 TAA 2025 Winners Spotlight

Meet the winners of the Age Inclusive Practices (AIP) category:

✨ aAdvantage Consulting
✨ Call Lade
✨ CBM Pte Ltd
✨ Kwong Wai Shiu Hospital
✨ On Cheong Jewellery

At what age does experience stop being an asset?

For these five organisations, the answer is simple: it never does.

Across consulting, port logistics, facilities management, healthcare and heritage jewellery, these employers recognise the knowledge, skills and perspectives that experienced employees bring. Through thoughtful practices such as re-employment planning, job redesign, flexible work arrangements and continuous learning, they are helping people grow and contribute at every stage of their careers.

Here’s how they are bringing age-inclusive practices to life:

🔹 aAdvantage Consulting Group Pte Ltd begins re-employment planning 12 months before retirement, supported by individual development plans and targeted training to address skills gaps.

🔹 Call Lade Enterprises Pte Ltd offers flexible work arrangements, including staggered hours, telecommuting and compressed work schedules, to help employees manage their health and caregiving responsibilities.

🔹 CBM Pte Ltd supports lifelong learning through personalised training, career coaching and sponsorship of relevant courses, helping employees stay engaged and future-ready.

🔹 Kwong Wai Shiu Hospital redesigns jobs and leverages technology such as Autonomous Mobile Robots to ease the physical demands on older workers.

🔹 On Cheong Company Private Limited brings generations together through two-way mentoring where senior employees share their industry expertise, while younger colleagues support digital adoption.

Their efforts have earned them recognition in the Age Inclusive Practices category at the Tripartite Alliance Award (TAA) 2025, which recognises organisations that have actively and effectively implemented age-friendly workplace practices, removing barriers to employment and allowing a multi-generational workforce to thrive.
