A monthly rhythm of appreciation.
On 24 July, we gathered for another HUSH AA - Anthea Appreciates session, an intimate space created for people who have journeyed alongside Anthea, Hush and the wider work of community, wellbeing and social impact.
Held at our partner venue MFC, this session was co-facilitated by Anthea Ong, Lewis Chen and Kok Wah Low, our Deaf Lead Facilitator.
Through silence, Singapore Sign Language, the Abundance tea ritual, reflection and connection, guests were invited to pause from the pace of everyday life and enter a space of gratitude, presence and human connection.
Around the table, guests received messages of encouragement from past Hushers, reflected quietly over tea, and created expressions of abundance through flowers, colour and stillness.
The flowers and foliage brought warmth to the room - a reminder that appreciation can be expressed not only through words, but also through presence, attention and care.
Thank you Michael Faith Consultants Group for continuing to hold this space with us.
Our heartfelt thanks also to Hello Flowers SG for donating the beautiful pre-loved flowers and foliage that brought new life and softness to the experience. 🌼
And to everyone who joined us: thank you for the ways you continue to show up, support and contribute to the communities around you.
May we keep making time to appreciate the good humans in our lives.
Who is someone you want to appreciate this week?
Take a moment to let them know.
