🌞A Lovely Day with Another 𝗛.𝗔𝗥𝗧 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 🎨✨
𝗛.𝗔𝗥𝗧 = Humanistic Art Programme 🌱💗

This time, 𝗛.𝗔𝗥𝗧 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 stepped into 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐆𝐄𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐅𝐞𝐬𝐭 where we explored 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗮 𝗟𝗮𝗺’𝘀 𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝘀 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗶𝗿𝗱 𝗚𝗼𝗲𝘀? — Six Decades of Practice. 🐦‍⬛✨

Through 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗮 𝗟𝗮𝗺’s lived experience and six decades of artistic practice, we were invited to reflect on our own lives — how we can use art as a practice to understand ourselves, find reconciliation, and continue moving forward. 🌱

💭 The excursion also invited us to reflect and reminded us that creativity has no age. There is always space to learn, practice, explore, express and grow.

养老需要一整村人的力量，不只是家庭，更需要社区共同支持。懂得自我照顾，发现自我价值，是迈向精彩晚年的关键。慈济基金会（新加坡）第二家悦活坊（GLOW）正式开幕。位于武吉巴督的悦活坊有别于一般活跃乐龄中心，以小班制提供运动、艺术等课程，也打造适合一家大小参与的共享空间，促进跨世代交流，让长者与家庭、社区建立更紧密的连接。

It takes a whole community — not just families — to support ageing well. Learning to care for oneself and discovering one's sense of purpose are key to living a fulfilling and meaningful later life. Tzu-Chi Foundation (Singapore)'s second GLOW (Go! Live Outrageously Well) Active Ageing Centre has officially opened.

Located in Bukit Batok, GLOW offers a different approach from conventional Active Ageing Centres. Through small-group fitness and art classes, as well as a shared space designed for people of all ages, it encourages intergenerational interaction and helps seniors build stronger connections with their families and the wider community.
