FRESH FROM THE OVEN - OUR FY25/26 ANNUAL REPORT!

It was a year of growth for Rainbow Centre as we continued to strengthen pathways for persons with disabilities across the lifespan. From expanding access to early intervention and strengthening programmes that prepare students for life beyond school, we also grew opportunities for adults to participate, contribute and be more integrated in society.

Inclusion does not happen by chance. It takes a shared commitment to reduce barriers, recognise the value that each person brings to the table and create the opportunities they require to live a life of purpose.

Together with a supportive community like you, we are moving Towards the Good Life - a future where persons with disabilities can find their place and purpose.

Last Friday, our 3 campuses came alive with National Day celebrations, made even more special by the incredible partners who celebrated alongside us! 🎉 These moments remind us that inclusion isn't just something we celebrate on special occasions – it's something we build every day.

🎓 While graduation is a milestone worth celebrating, for many families of persons with disabilities, it also marks the beginning of the Post-18 Cliff – a time when many of the structured support services they've relied on since childhood come to an abrupt end.

🎥 Meet Pow Kai Lee, 23, an effervescent youth with autism who faced an uncertain future after she stopped work. A new chapter unfolded when Kai Lee discovered Rainbow Centre's Micro Jobs Training – to harness her strengths and find purpose through meaningful work 💪

As we expand our services for adults with disabilities, we’re calling out for partners to join us on this mission! Whether you’re an employer, donor, partner or corporate looking to get involved, there is a part to play to mitigate the Post-18 Cliff and build a more inclusive society.

The countdown is on, and our student artists can't wait to finally share their incredible artworks with all of you! What are they most excited about? What do they hope visitors will see, feel, and remember? Hear it from our students in this video!
