ularly associated with SLAJ and national development aspirations for 15 years. I also feel compelled to halt and reverse the downward indices that have had negative repercussions on the Association recently, including leadership and credibility challenges, which have led to the general loss of interest in the activities and programmes of the Association by most of our colleagues as well as our partners and the public.
