The Principal Solicitor of Kaabe Public Notary and Legal Advocate today participated in a professional training programme organized by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Somaliland.
The training focused on strengthening the quality and standard of notarial services by equipping notarial officers with best practices and professional methodologies aimed at minimizing errors arising from the drafting, preparation, authentication, and ex*****on of the various legal instruments and agreements handled by notaries.
The programme is intended to enhance the quality, accuracy, and integrity of notarial services, reinforce public confidence in the notarial profession, and ensure that all legal instruments prepared by notaries are fully compliant with the applicable laws, regulations, and procedural requirements of the Republic of Somaliland.
