CAHFSA, in collaboration with COLEAD, successfully hosted two impactful capacity-building sessions in March:

FDA Traceability Awareness Webinar (March 24, 2026) โ 160 participants
These sessions are part of ongoing efforts under the Caribbean Task Force on Food Safety (CTFS) to strengthen food safety systems across the region.
Participants explored:

โ๏ธ Preventive food safety systems
โ๏ธ FDA Food Traceability Rule (FSMA 204)
โ๏ธ Critical Tracking Events (CTEs) & Key Data Elements (KDEs)
