We ain't freestylin.
We honor and study tradition,
We do not just SAY we "honor the ancestors".
We move, live and think just like the best of our forbearers.

Our ancstors taught that
1)motherhood was sacred and that
2)mothers perform a divine and essential role as the literal bearers of the future. They taught that
3)the womb is a microcosm of the universe, the site where the miracle of creation takes place yet again, the doorway between the seen and unseenworlds.

U cannot claim to be centered in Afrikan values AND preach gender hate, denigrate motherhood or disparage collaboration between man and woman. All European and capitalistic values must be left on the plantation where we found them in order to build the kind of free Black society we wish to create for ourselves.

Fact is u cannot know actual Black history AND believe in Black inferiority.

For example, if somebody tried to tell u Afrikans didn't build with stone u could tell them about the Ajuran empire, for starters, something they have never even heard of....

A major problem we have is believeing white lies about Black history without also admitting that whites MUST lie about Black history so their crimes of slavery and imperialism don't look so bad.

Slavery? The Blacks were doing that to themselves first! (lie)
Imperialism? The Blacks were backwards before then! (lie)

We must regain our historical memory.

Djado is one of Afrika's "lost cities". It was once a fortified city of the great Kanem-Borno (Bornu) empire know as a ksar. A ksar was a fortified town built to control oasis and trade routes in the Sahara. They also protected salt mining operations and date plantations.

At its height the empire of Kanem-Borno, centered around Lake Chad, stretched (north to south) from southern Libya to the Cameroonian highlands, and (east to west) from the Nubian kingdoms of the Nile Valley to the banks of the Joliba (Niger). At over 1,200 years of existence Kanem-Borno was one of Afrik's longest lived empires ruled by the Saifawa dynasty, one of the longest lasting dynasties in human history.

We built a glorious Black civilization in Afrika.

I dare u to call urself Afrikan-centered and disagree. All manner of sneaky feminism and Black man hate gotta be left in the ugly world it came from. Historically/culturally speaking, it aint Afrikan. We need return to our ancestral values of mutual respect in order to be able to build the kind of just, free and peaceful societies our ancestors lived in and we all deserve.
We believe by modeling the best values of our forebearers we can live fulfilling individual lives as well as come together to produce and do great and beautiful things as a ppl.
The principal of ubuntu reminds us of our interdependence. I am bc we are. From the family that birthed me to the food I eat but didn't plant or harvet, my very existence is dependent upon others.
The Isese tradition, in typical Afrikan fashion, repeatedly reminds us that the Most High favors and blesses groupings/unions/togetherness as evidenced by the forest, the savanah, the earth itself (Osa-Gunda), as the deep dark impressive forest is made up of individual trees, the endless savannah is formed by individual blades of grass, the earth's oceans are formed from the collection of innumerable drops, the land by innumerable grains. Tradition teaches us to work together, collaborate, form unions. That coming together in harmony gives rise to good things.
If a person says no to the post, what are they arguing FOR? The most important thing our sistas, or any of us for that matter, can do is work for rich ppl in their corproations? Be self centered mindless consumers? Make money? Not develop self? Not form and stregnthen bonds between us? Sounds real pro capitalist, soulless (consumption for consumption's sake), and materialistic/materialist. U live in a society that thinks like that already tho (USA), and look at all the consequences.
This is why we say we need a complete liberation/transformation.
Not just material conditions need to change, but our hearts and minds too. Sick Black ppl cannot build a healthy free Black society. This includes all forms of gender chauvanism and antagonism.

U cannot be Afrikan-centered and tolerate gender chauvanism of any kind. Our ancestors believed in balance and mutual respect. Anybody trying to stop Black men from leading/ planning/doing on behalf of their families, community and race JUST BECAUSE they are MEN is doing the enemy's work of dividing us.

Iwa (character) and ability are what should determine leadership and authority, not gender.

Dummy brainwashed negro koons are the absolute worst.
And dangerous.

Motivated by an intense self hate +
a need to reaffirm to themselves they are right about Black inferiority +
the possibilty of white approval, cash and prizes =
a class of Black ppl that would do anything to destroy any good Black thing that challenges white power and proves them to be gutless koons.

Dangerous.

understand/isolate/move around these agents of white power in Black face.
