The repair of Hai Thoura Road started today by BMD company that had been contracted by City Council,
During the Lounching the governor of Central Equatoria State and the welcomed honourable Peter Lam, the Natiolan minister of road and bridges and the State Minister of roads and bridges Honorable Latio Ramba Abas and in his speech he thank the people of Hai Thoura and gave some of the directives to the people to stop the practice of bringing their rubbish to the main road emphasise to the two quarters of Hai Thoura to work harder in keeping the environment of hai thoura safe and clean,
according to the governor, he thanked the people of Hai Thoura for their hard work, the national Minister of Roads and bridges , and the people of hai thoura for being patient and sticking to their leadership fir the better results that today they all leave their office to come and stand with the people of hai thoura and south sudan, the mayor of Juba City Council emphasise alot on the his mandate to repair all roads in his jurisdiction as he had started with hai thoura to the rest of the areas until he make sure that every road within Juba City Council is repaired.
in other hands, the Governor of Central Equatoria State Emmanuel Adil Anthony also said that he is going to work side by side with the Juba City Council to ensure that anyone who encroached to the road has to be removed, No one is allowed to block the road or drainage, by blocking the drainage diverts the water into the tarmac roads and spoil the tarmac, he thank the BMD company for the cooperation and stand with the people of the south sudan and city Council in particular, Mayor Sarafino Swoka also sure the company that as long as he is in the city Council he with stand and support the BMD company
