On behalf of people of south Sudan, minister of youths and sport, and on my own behalf as admin of I Support Dr. Albino Bol Dhieu , I wish Muslim brothers and sisters a bless feast/festival during this Eid celebration all over the world, (Eid Mubarak alekum). I wish you all the best in your holiday and may this holiday bring for you joy and happiness to your family.

For those who have no clear understanding about Muslim religious, there are generally two central Eids that take place in accordance with the Islamic lunar calendar.

1. Eid al-Fitr, also known as the "Smaller Eid" is a celebration marking the end Ramadan, the Islamic holy month of fasting, welcoming the new month of Shawwal and lasts for a period of three days. Mandatory charity, or Zakat, specifically Zakat al-Fitr (Zakat of Eid Al-Fitr) is offered to the poor by every financially-able Muslim (preferably prior to the offering of the prayer) to ensure that those who are less fortunate may also participate in the joyous holiday.

3. Eid al-Adha, the "Greater Eid" or "Eid of Sacrifice", is celebration on the 10th day of Dhu al-Hijjah (last month of the Islamic lunar calendar in which the Islamic pillar of Hajj pilgrimage to Mecca is performed). This Eid follows what is considered to be the holiest day in Islam, Day of Arafah and serves as a commemoration of Ibrahim's obedience and faith when tested by Allah. Able Muslims sacrifice an animal (Qurbani) whose provisions are to be distributed between friends, family, and the poor, equally as charity. Those who are unable to offer Qurbani but meet the requirements for it may offer a donation of Zakat in its place. These obligations apply to every of-age Muslim regardless of gender, so long as they meet the requirements of giving. Its duration is 4 days.
There is no set date for the Eid holidays, as it changes from year to year. This is due to the nature of the lunar calendar that calculates months based on the phases of the moon, unlike the solar Gregorian calendar that is used most widely today. The lunar calendar is about 11 days shorter than that of the Gregorian, and so the equivalent date shifts back about 11 days every year. This is true for other holidays, such as the Chinese New Year or Rosh Hashanah, that are also based on the lunar calendar. The date normally varies in locations across the world, but many communities choose to follow the sighting reports of the crescent moon in Mecca for the sake of conaaaency.

Short story about people's leader, the God gift minister, Dr. Albino Bol Dhieu.

kindly, I like to seize this opportunity to introduce Dr. Albino Bol Dhieu. He is great man who participated in the progress of south Sudan. He is such patriotic leader with sympathy and genuineness , he always sleepless when seeing others in miserable life.

Here is brief elucidation of Dr. Albino Bol's early life, educational background and his political career, it's written as follow:

Early life & Education.

Albino Bol was born in Northern Bahr el Ghazal State in a village called Ariek Riak about 5 kilometers east of Aweil town to Mr. Dhieu Bol Man and Mrs. Aluel Akol Malual.

He started his education in 1993 at Aweil El-Medina Primary school up to 1997 before he left for Khartoum while already in primary four. In 1998 he then went to Abubaker Sidiq Primary School for boys in Jabra City south of Sudanese Capital Khartoum where he finished his primary school in 2001. In 2002 he joined Khartoum El-Jadida Modern Secondary School for boys to 2006 and completed Sudan School Certificate.

In 2007, Albino was then admitted to the University of Juba School of Medicine and graduated in 2014 with bachelor of surgery and medicine.

Political career

During his school time Albino Bol was SPLM students league activist where he participated and spearheaded so many youth forums and engagements.

In 2007 he was first elected as the spokesperson of University of Juba college association, a position he held up to 2008. Then from 2009 to 2010 he was elected to Juba University Students Union as Spokesperson and Secretary of Information.

After graduating in 2014 he continued with his rallies till he became the first elected President of the Youth Union during the first convention of South Sudan National Union and event conducted at the Freedom Hall in Juba on 27th March 2015 up to March 2019, he spending four years in office.

In March of 2019 Albino Bol was then appointed as the National Minister of Youth and Sports up to date.

As admin of I support Dr. Albino Bol Dhieu, I invited each and everyone to follow this page wholeheartedly. Dr Albino Bol Dhieu is South Sudan's minister of youths and sport. A young man who inspire a lot of people in the Republic of South Sudan and will be continous to inspire more. By the way, It’s not an easy to identify a good leader in the mid of others, but services can define who you are to the people.
Of course some numerous leaders have more impactful than others.However, good leaders have a variety of styles and personalities. there are some traits that all great leader share.

In other hand, there are some essential qualities make leader to be recognized.

Dr. Albino is good communicator

Communication is top of the list for essential leadership qualities and I believe splm got a young leaders who can take it to certain level through their competency. Communication break your efforts to connect with your team, it also manage and coordinate initiatives, and build trust within your party. The good leaders communicate based on the need and preference of they people under them and seek to listen to someone else and understand experience of others

Dr. Albino Bol have a vision for the future.

Vision provide focus, motivation, and direction to move through change and obstacles. A good leader like Dr. Albino have a clear vision and able to articulate the path forward to his people. Dr. Albino Bol Dhieu is someone who can help others and understand the situation and intervene to support any conditions he can, in order to keep functioning of the group.

Dr. Albino have empathy on his work

Empathy isn’t just a nice-to-have when it comes to leadership—it’s fundamental to building trust, confidence, and engagement among your team. Empathy is the ability to perceive and relate to the thoughts and experiences of others. Leader who operate from a place of empathy, understanding, and compassion establish stronger connections among and improve performance across the board.

Empathetic leadership can take many forms, but there are a few ways you can demonstrate empathy in your day-to-day management.
Empathy show sincere interest in your personal lives. In other words, good leader treat his people as human being and Dr. Albino, stand strong for that, he treat people equally regardless of their tribes, religious and genders. He just recognize their individuality and unique contributions.

Dr. Albino is a leader that love accountability.

Good leader always like accountability and is always working to improve and progress to certain level. He ( Dr. Albino Bol Dhieu) is never satisfied with the status quo. Accountability and continual improvement require a commitment to seeking and acting on feedback, learning from mistakes, and course correcting.

Accountability includes communicating plans, setting expectations, and following up on promised actions. Good leader hold himself and his team accountable so that everyone is on the same page and can rely on one another to get the job done.
