CONDOLENCE MESSAGE

The Sudan People's Liberation Movement (SPLM) of Central Equatoria State, expresses its condolences to the family, relative, In-laws, Comrades, friends and colleagues of the late. Cde. Ustaz. Ben Sarafino Pitia who passed away yesterday in the evening, Sunday 9th, 2026 in Juba.

He had served as a member of SPLM State Liberation Council of Central Equatoria State.

Late. Cde. Ben was a disciplined, committed and determined cadre of the party who contributed and remained dedicated to the ideas and aims of the SPLM to the last moment of his life.

As a party, it's a great loss to the entire membership and general public, creating a gap in the SPLM and a nation at large.

The Sudan People's Liberation Movement, Central Equatoria State stands in solidarity, with his family during this difficult time and we pray that the almighty God/Allah grants them strength and comfort.

May his soul rest in peace.

COMRADE ANNA, LAUNCHES ONE DAY POLITICAL ORIENTATION IN YEI RIVER COUNTY AHEAD OF DECEMBER GENERAL ELECTIONS.

Yei town, August 9th, 2026 SPLM CES-PU

Cde. Anna Kaku Samson, SPLM State secretary of Central Equatoria State launched One-day political orientations at SPLM County secretariat of Yei River County.

She addressed the party cadres on the importance of the political orientations on the massive political mobilization, recruitment, capacity building, and resources mobilization as a strategic pillars of SPLM State secretariat before December general elections.

She urged party cadres to strategizes on the preparation of cadres for Congresses for the upcoming general elections.

Cde. Batali, SPLM County Interim Chairperson reaffirmed their readiness and vowed to Mobilizes more members for SPLM.

𝗟𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗬𝗔 𝗔𝗨𝗚𝗨𝗦𝗧 𝟳,𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲- Members of the Sudan People's Liberation Movement (SPLM) in Lainya County today witnessed the official groundbreaking ceremony and laying of the foundation stone for the construction of the Lainya County SPLM Secretariat office block
The new secretariat will be built on a 50 x 50-meter plot, covering a total area of 2,500 square meters. The project is expected to provide a permanent office space to facilitate the party's activities in the county.

Speaking during the ceremony, the Lainya County SPLM Chairperson, Cde. Huda Laila, said the planned office block will be a ground-plus-one (G+1) structure designed to accommodate the party's administrative and organizational operations.

In his remarks, Cde. Emmanuel Adil Anthony, the SPLM Central Equatoria State Chairperson, called upon all SPLM members and cadres in Lainya County and across Central Equatoria State to contribute towards the successful completion of the project through financial and material support.

To demonstrate his commitment, Cde. Adil pledged a donation of SSP 50 million to support the construction of the secretariat.

The project marks a significant step in strengthening the SPLM's institutional presence and enhancing its operations in Lainya County.
