Brig. Gen. Thomas Todd uses the unmanned aircraft system controller, Generation V Tactical Open Government-Owned Architecture Hand-Held Ground Control Station (TOGA H-GCS), during an aviation demonstration with Dan Grambihler, a senior software engineer with GECO Inc. Todd visited the GECO Inc. headquarters in Mesa, Arizona where he received a capabilities brief, took a factory tour and conducted the final quality inspection of GECO’s 500th Ethernet routing device for the AH-64 Apache.
