God be with you, I would like to share the initiative with a group of active and committed Homs youth who have an ambition to promote the role of the laity in the church to a greater and deeper extent. This is the initiative they call towards inner peace, which is concerned with spiritual, psychological and social dimensions. For young people who are committed to the church in apostolic movements and activities. Because they have seen that this dimension is very important in a time when there are many challenges. It is this peace and this vision that is far removed from the reality in which we live that a person needs to be at peace in his own atmosphere. In order to be able to work peacefully, it is necessary for Heidi to march from heck, I lovingly support and encourage Heida initiative. Especially after I got acquainted with the program in detail and shared with us, because we need men and women in this church who not only have professional talents, intellectual and pastoral abilities, but also experience, but also positive spiritual energy, so that they can look towards the future with the eyes of the children of the resurrection and not only stay with the crucified Jesus. أكيد كل واحد فينا مر بفترات صعبة، ضغوط، أزمات… ويمكن لحد اليوم بعدها آثارها جواتنا.
من هون انطلقت فكرة مشروع السلام الداخلي…
مشروع إنساني هدفه بسيط وعميق بنفس الوقت
نساعد الإنسان يرجع يلاقي توازنه… ويرجع يتصالح مع نفسه.
نحن ما منشتغل بس على جانب واحد،
بل مندمج بين البعد الروحي، النفسي، والاجتماعي،
لأنه الإنسان ما بيتعافى بشكل حقيقي إلا إذا اشتغل على كل هالجوانب مع بعض.
رؤيتنا هي نشر وعي إنساني حقيقي.
رسالتنا واضحة
نرافق الإنسان برحلة عميقة نحو التغيير…
رحلة بتبلّش بالوعي، وبتكبر بالبصيرة.
هدفنا هو نخلق بيئة آمنة…
داخل الكنيسة وخارجها،
بيئة تدعم السلام الداخلي،
روحيا ونفسيا واجتماعيا.
وبالنهاية…
السلام الداخلي ما يعني إنو ما في ألم،
بل يعني إنك تقدر تتعامل مع هالألم بوعي… بمحبة… وباتزان.

Surely each of us has gone through difficult times, pressures, crises… and their effects may still linger within us today.

This is where the idea for the Inner Peace Project originated… a humanitarian project with a simple yet profound goal: to help people find their balance and reconcile with themselves.

We don't work on just one aspect, but rather integrate the spiritual, psychological, and social dimensions, because true healing only occurs when all these aspects are addressed simultaneously.

Our vision is to spread genuine human awareness.

Our mission is clear: to accompany people on a profound journey toward change… a journey that begins with awareness and grows with insight.

Our goal is to create a safe environment, both within and outside the church, an environment that supports inner peace—spiritually, psychologically, and socially.

Ultimately, inner peace doesn't mean the absence of pain, but rather the ability to deal with that pain consciously, lovingly, and with balance.

فإذا نحن راودتنا أفكار سعيدة كنا سعداء، وإذا تملّكتنا أفكارنا شقيّة أصبحنا أشقياء، وإذا سادتنا أفكار مزعجة غدونا خائفين جبناء، وإذا سيطرت علينا أفكار السقم والمرض، فالأرجح أن نمسي مرضى سقماء، وإذا نحن فكرنا في الفشل، أتانا الفشل في غير إبطاء، وإذا جعلنا نندب أنفسنا ونرثي لها، اعتزلنا الناس وتجنبوا عشرتنا.
