Eteteni Filling station Matsapha please give NCAMISO MAGONGO a raise, this gentleman just gave me an EXCEPTIONAL customer service. I was heading to MANZINI side and I decided to fill up by Engen station. When I got there he approached with a smile asking how he could assist, I told him to fill up and he asked if I will need anything from the shop,,,so I told him there’s quite a few, he politely asked what they were and I told him about 4 things that I needed. He said to me “khululeka bhuti, ngitakutsatsela tona, wena awudzingi kwehla lamotweni” with amusement I told him I’d need to swipe so he replied “mlungu khululeka, I will bring the speed point to you. Still shocked 😳 with disbelief,,,he went and got all my things and I was off just like that.👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

The Eteteni Matsapha Engen Filling Station staff continues to give exceptional Service to their customers.

I have been monitoring how they not only care for petrol filling cars but all cars that comes even if you are just going to their Shop. They will give your windscreen a much needed bath just becouse you are there.

Big ups to the thief staff and management.
