ศูนย์สิ่งแวดล้อมและการจัดการที่ยั่งยิน มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา รับการทวนสอบการประเมินคาร์บอนฟุตพริ้นท์ผลิตภัณฑ์

เมื่อวันที่ 4 กันยายน 2569 ศูนย์สิ่งแวดล้อมและการจัดการที่ยั่งยืน มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ขอรับการทบทวนการประเมินคาร์บอนฟุตพริ้นท์ของผลิตภัณฑ์ (Carbon Footprint of Product: CFP) ได้แก ไม้แขวนเสื้อที่ผลิตจากพลาสติกเหลือใช้ (HDPE) 100% สำหรับการยื่นขอขึ้นทะเบียนเครื่องหมายคาร์บอนฟุตพริ้นท์ CFP และ CE-CFP กับองค์การบริหารจัดการก๊าซเรือนกระจก (องค์การมหาชน) หรือ อบก.

กิจกรรมดังกล่าว ได้รับเกียรติจาก ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์สุวิทย์ ปัญญาวงศ์ รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายสิ่งแวดล้อมและภูมิทัศน์ เป็นประธานและกล่าวต้อนรับผู้ทวนสอบจาก อบก. โดยมีอาจารย์ณัฐวุฒิ สมยาโรน ผู้ช่วยอธิการบดี และ ดร.ปรัชญ์ ปิงเมืองเหล็ก ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์สิ่งแวดล้อมและการจัดการที่ยั่งยืน ตลอดจนหัวหน้างานและบุคลากรของศูนย์ฯ เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมและให้ข้อมูลด้วย ณ ห้องประชุม กรอ. อาคารหอประชุมพญางำเมือง มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา

การดำเนินงานดังกล่าวสะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นของมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยาในการส่งเสริมการนำขยะพลาสติกกลับมาใช้ประโยชน์ เพิ่มมูลค่าทรัพยากร และลดผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม พร้อมขับเคลื่อนการดำเนินงานด้าน Carbon Neutrality และการพัฒนามหาวิทยาลัยสู่ความยั่งยืนอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม.

The Center of Environment and Sustainable Management, University of Phayao, Undergoes Verification of Carbon Footprint of Product Assessment

On September 4, 2026 the Center of Environment and Sustainable Management, University of Phayao, underwent a verification of its Carbon Footprint of Product (CFP) assessment for a hanger made from 100% recycled HDPE plastic waste. The verification was conducted in preparation for the registration of the Carbon Footprint of Product (CFP) and Carbon Footprint Reduction (CE-CFP) labels with the Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (Public Organization) (TGO).

The event was honored by the presence of Assistant Professor Suwit Panyawong, Vice President for Environment and Landscape, who presided over the event and welcomed the TGO verification team. Also in attendance were Mr. Nattawut Somyaron, Assistant to the President; Dr. Prus Pingmuanglek, Director of the Center of Environment and Sustainable Management; as well as heads of departments and staff members of the Center, who participated in the verification process and provided relevant information. The event was held at the Korror Meeting Room, Phaya Ngam Mueang Auditorium Building, University of Phayao.

This initiative reflects the University of Phayao’s commitment to promoting the recycling and value-added utilization of plastic waste, optimizing resource use, and reducing environmental impacts. It also demonstrates the University’s continued efforts to advance Carbon Neutrality and drive its development toward a more sustainable university through concrete and measurable actions.

ศูนย์สิ่งแวดล้อมและการจัดการที่ยั่งยืน มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา จัดประชุมประจำเดือน ครั้งที่ 6/2569 ขับเคลื่อนงานสิ่งแวดล้อมสู่ความยั่งยืน

วันที่ 2 กันยายน 2569 ศูนย์สิ่งแวดล้อมและการจัดการที่ยั่งยืน มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา จัดการประชุมประจำเดือน ครั้งที่ 6/2569 ณ ห้องประชุม กรอ. อาคารหอประชุมพญางำเมือง มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา โดย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์สุวิทย์ ปัญญาวงศ์ รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายสิ่งแวดล้อมและภูมิทัศน์ เป็นประธานการประชุม พร้อมด้วย อาจารย์ณัฐวุฒิ สมยาโรน ผู้ช่วยอธิการบดี ดร.ปรัชญ์ ปิงเมืองเหล็ก ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์สิ่งแวดล้อมและการจัดการที่ยั่งยืน หัวหน้างาน และบุคลากรของศูนย์ฯ เข้าร่วมประชุมอย่างพร้อมเพรียง

การประชุมครั้งนี้มีวาระสำคัญ ได้แก่ การทบทวนคาร์บอนฟุตพริ้นท์ของผลิตภัณฑ์ (CFP) ผลิตภัณฑ์ไม้แขวนเสื้อของศูนย์ฯ การเตรียมความพร้อมกิจกรรม SHOW & SHARE 2026 ครั้งที่ 4 “Carbon Sustainovation” การรายงานผลการเข้าร่วมอบรมและการนำความรู้มาประยุกต์ใช้ในการปฏิบัติงาน ตลอดจนการกำหนดแนวทางและทิศทางการดำเนินงานของศูนย์ฯ ในระยะต่อไป

ทั้งนี้ การประชุมมุ่งติดตามผลการดำเนินงานและกำหนดแนวทางการขับเคลื่อนภารกิจด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมให้มีประสิทธิภาพ สอดคล้องกับแนวทาง Green University และเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (SDGs) เพื่อมุ่งสู่การพัฒนามหาวิทยาลัยอย่างยั่งยืนต่อไป

Center of Environment and Sustainable Management, University of Phayao, Holds Its 6th Monthly Meeting of 2026 to Advance Environmental Sustainability

On September 2, 2026, the Center of Environment and Sustainable Management, University of Phayao, held its 6th monthly meeting of 2026 at the meeting room of the Research and Development Office (RDO), Phayao Ngam Mueang Auditorium, University of Phayao.

The meeting was chaired by Assistant Professor Suwit Panyawong, Vice President for Environment and Landscape, and attended by Natthawut Somyaron, Assistant to the President; Dr. Prus Pingmuanglek, Director of the Center of Environment and Sustainable Management; heads of departments; and staff members of the Center.

The meeting addressed several key agenda items, including the review of the Carbon Footprint of Product (CFP) for the Center’s hanger products, preparations for the 4th SHOW & SHARE 2026 “Carbon Sustainovation” activity, reports on training participation and the application of acquired knowledge to work practices, as well as the development of future directions and operational plans for the Center.

The meeting served as an important platform for monitoring progress and establishing effective approaches to advancing the Center’s environmental missions in alignment with the Green University concept and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with the aim of contributing to the University of Phayao’s sustainable development.

วันที่ 1 กันยายน 2569 ศูนย์สิ่งแวดล้อมและการจัดการที่ยั่งยืน มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ร่วมประเมินสำนักงานสีเขียว (Green Office) คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ณ ห้องประชุม 1 และพื้นที่สำนักงาน ชั้น 1 คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมสู่การเป็นสำนักงานที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม

การประเมินมุ่งเน้นการบริหารจัดการสำนักงานด้านการใช้ทรัพยากรและพลังงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ การจัดการของเสีย และการลดผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม โดยมี ดร.ปรัชญ์ ปิงเมืองเหล็ก ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์สิ่งแวดล้อมและการจัดการที่ยั่งยืน พร้อมด้วย นายเทวา หมื่นจันทร์ หัวหน้างานส่งเสริมและการจัดการที่ยั่งยืน และ นางสาวปพิชญา ยอดมณี หัวหน้างานธุรการ ร่วมดำเนินการประเมินและให้ข้อเสนอแนะ

ทั้งนี้ กิจกรรมดังกล่าวเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการขับเคลื่อนการดำเนินงานด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมของมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา เพื่อส่งเสริมหน่วยงานภายในสู่ สำนักงานสีเขียว (Green Office) และร่วมขับเคลื่อนมหาวิทยาลัยสู่การเป็น มหาวิทยาลัยสีเขียวอย่างยั่งยืน

The Center of Environment and Sustainable Management, University of Phayao, Conducts Green Office Assessment for the School of Nursing

On September 1, 2026, the Center of Environment and Sustainable Management (CESM), University of Phayao, conducted a Green Office assessment for the School of Nursing, University of Phayao, at Meeting Room 1 and the office area on the first floor of the School of Nursing. The assessment aimed to support the School of Nursing in preparing for its transition toward becoming an environmentally friendly office.

The assessment focused on key areas of sustainable office management, including the efficient use of resources and energy, waste management, and the reduction of environmental impacts. The assessment was conducted by Dr. Prus Pingmuanglek, Director of the Center of Environment and Sustainable Management, together with Mr. Teva Muenchan, Head of Promotion and Sustainable Management, and Ms. Papitchaya Yodmanee, Head of Administrative Work. The team also provided recommendations and guidance to support the School of Nursing in improving its environmental management practices.

This activity is part of the University of Phayao’s ongoing efforts to advance environmental management across its faculties and administrative units. It aims to promote the implementation of the Green Office concept within the University and contribute to the University of Phayao’s long-term commitment to becoming a sustainable green university.

วันที่ 28 สิงหาคม 2569 ศูนย์สิ่งแวดล้อมและการจัดการที่ยั่งยืน มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ให้การต้อนรับนิสิตชั้นปีที่ 4 สาขาวิชาการจัดการธุรกิจ คณะบริหารธุรกิจและนิเทศศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ในโอกาสเข้าศึกษาดูงานและเรียนรู้กระบวนการดำเนินงานด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมและการจัดการที่ยั่งยืน ณ ห้อง กรอ อาคารหอประชุมพญางำเมือง มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา

การศึกษาดูงานครั้งนี้ ดร.ปรัชญ์ ปิงเมืองเหล็ก ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์ฯ ได้บรรยายแนวทางการจัดเก็บข้อมูล การประเมิน และกระบวนการดำเนินงานด้านการจัดการขยะ รวมถึงนวัตกรรมของศูนย์สิ่งแวดล้อมและการจัดการที่ยั่งยืน พร้อมทั้งพาคณะศึกษาดูงานเยี่ยมชมพื้นที่ปฏิบัติงานจริง ณ โรงคัดแยกขยะของมหาวิทยาลัย

การศึกษาดูงานในครั้งนี้ สะท้อนถึงบทบาทของศูนย์สิ่งแวดล้อมและการจัดการที่ยั่งยืน ในการเป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมและความยั่งยืนของมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา พร้อมสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ของนิสิตผ่านประสบการณ์จริง และสร้างความตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของการดำเนินงานที่มุ่งสู่ Carbon Neutrality และการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน

The Center of Environment and Sustainable Management Welcomes Business Management Students for an Educational Visit

On 28 August 2026, the Center of Environment and Sustainable Management, University of Phayao, welcomed fourth-year students from the Business Management Program, School of Management and Communication Arts, University of Phayao, for an educational visit to learn about the Center’s environmental management and sustainability practices. The visit took place at the Kro Building, Phaya Ngam Muang Auditorium, University of Phayao.

During the visit, Dr. Prus Pingmuanglek, Director of the Center, delivered a presentation on data collection, assessment methods, and waste management processes, as well as the environmental innovations developed by the Center of Environment and Sustainable Management. The students also had an opportunity to visit the University’s waste sorting facility to observe the actual operations and gain first-hand experience of waste management practices.

The educational visit reflects the important role of the Center of Environment and Sustainable Management as a learning center for environmental management and sustainability at the University of Phayao. It also supports experiential learning by providing students with practical knowledge and real-world experience, while raising awareness of the importance of operations toward Carbon Neutrality and sustainable development.

วันที่ 26 สิงหาคม 2569 ศูนย์สิ่งแวดล้อมและการจัดการที่ยั่งยืน มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา เข้าร่วมงาน UP-NEXUS Innovation Day 2026 ณ หอประชุมพญางำเมือง มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ภายใต้แนวคิด “Building the First Venture Pipeline for University Holding Company” เพื่อเป็นเวทีในการนำเสนอผลงานวิจัย เทคโนโลยี และนวัตกรรมของมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา พร้อมส่งเสริมการต่อยอดผลงานวิจัยสู่การใช้ประโยชน์ในเชิงพาณิชย์และเชิงสังคม และเชื่อมโยงนักวิจัยกับผู้ประกอบการ ภาคเอกชน นักลงทุน หน่วยงานภาครัฐ และชุมชน

Dr. Prus Pingmuanglek Serves as a Judge for the Secondary and Vocational Innovation Awards at the Pitching Stage Preparing Research for University Holding Company Investment

On August 26, 2026, the Center of Environment and Sustainable Management (CESM), University of Phayao, participated in UP-NEXUS Innovation Day 2026, held at the Phaya Ngam Mueang Conference Hall, University of Phayao, under the theme “Building the First Venture Pipeline for University Holding Company.” The event served as a platform for presenting research, technologies, and innovations developed by the University of Phayao. It also aimed to promote the further development and utilization of research outputs for commercial and social applications, while fostering connections among researchers, entrepreneurs, private-sector organizations, investors, government agencies, and local communities.

On this occasion, Dr. Prus Pingmuanglek, Director of the Center of Environment and Sustainable Management, was honored to serve as a judge for the Secondary and Vocational Innovation Awards at the Research Pitching: Preparing Research for University Holding Company Investment stage. This platform provided an important opportunity for secondary and vocational students to present their ideas, research projects, and innovations to a panel of judges and experts, while receiving valuable feedback to further develop their work and enhance its potential for practical application and future commercialization.

ระหว่างวันที่ 25–26 สิงหาคม 2569 ศูนย์สิ่งแวดล้อมและการจัดการที่ยั่งยืน มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา เข้าร่วมงาน UP-NEXUS Innovation Day 2026 ณ หอประชุมพญางำเมือง มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ภายใต้แนวคิด “Building the First Venture Pipeline for University Holding Company” ซึ่งจัดโดยสถาบันนวัตกรรมและถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา

ในโอกาสนี้ ศูนย์สิ่งแวดล้อมและการจัดการที่ยั่งยืน ได้เข้าร่วมจัดแสดงและนำเสนอผลงานด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม การจัดการที่ยั่งยืน และนวัตกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อเผยแพร่แนวทางการดำเนินงานของศูนย์ รวมถึงแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้และสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานและผู้เข้าร่วมงานจากภาคส่วนต่าง ๆ

On August 25–26, 2026, the Center of Environment and Sustainable Management (UP-CESM), University of Phayao, participated in UP-NEXUS Innovation Day 2026, held at Phaya Ngam Mueang Auditorium, University of Phayao. The event was organized by the Institute of Innovation and Technology Transfer, University of Phayao, under the theme “Building the First Venture Pipeline for University Holding Company.”

On this occasion, UP-CESM participated in showcasing and presenting its work in environmental management, sustainable management, and related innovations. The exhibition provided an opportunity to promote the Center’s initiatives and approaches, exchange knowledge, and establish collaborative networks with various organizations and participants from different sectors.

The participation in this event represented another important opportunity to promote and advance the University of Phayao’s environmental knowledge, technologies, and innovations toward practical applications.
