นายศรีไพร บุญยะเดช ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 9 รองประธานคณะทำงานย่อยพัฒนาระบบข้อมูลและโลจิสติกส์ภาคใต้ พร้อมด้วยเจ้าหน้าที่ส่วนสารสนเทศการเกษตร เข้าร่วมประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ “การจัดทำข้อมูลไม้ผลเศรษฐกิจภาคใต้ เพื่อสนับสนุนการบริหารจัดการไม้ผลเศรษฐกิจอย่างเป็นระบบ” ปี 2569 ครั้งที่ 3 โดยมีนายนิกร แสงเกตุ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 8 เป็นประธาน และมีนายภูวเดช วุฒิวงศ์วัฒ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานส่งเสริมและพัฒนาการเกษตรที่ 5 สงขลา เป็นประธานร่วม
ทั้งนี้ ได้รับเกียรติจากนายครองศักดิ์ สงรักษา รองเลขาธิการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร เป็นประธานในการเปิดการประชุมและมอบนโยบาย/แนวทางในการขับเคลื่อนข้อมูลไม้ผลภาคใต้ ณ ห้องประชุมคอนเวนชั่น 3 โรงแรมแก้วสมุยรีสอร์ท อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี โดยมีประเด็นสำคัญจากการประชุม ดังนี้

Mr. Sriprai Bunyadet, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 9 and Vice Chairman of the Sub-Working Group on
Information and
Logistics System Development in Southern Thailand, along with staff from the Agricultural Information Division, participated in the workshop “Compilation of Economic Fruit Data in Southern Thailand to Support Systematic Management of Economic Fruits” in 2026, the 3rd meeting. Mr. Nikorn Saengket chaired the meeting, and Mr. Phuwadej Wutthiwongwattana, Director of the Office of Agricultural Extension and Development Region 5, Songkhla, co-chaired it.
The meeting was honored by the presence of Mr. Krongsak Songraksa, Deputy Secretary-General of the Office of Agricultural Economics, who presided over the opening ceremony and provided policy/guidelines for driving fruit data in Southern Thailand. The meeting was held at Convention Room 3, Kaew Samui Resort, Mueang District, Surat Thani Province, and focused on the following key issues:
☘️ Preparation of monthly fruit production estimates and harvest percentages for 2026 (3rd update).
🌿 Fruit export situation, impact of ASEAN fruit production exporting to China, and measures for Thai fruit exports to China in 2027.
🌱 Lessons learned from compiling fruit data (durian, mangosteen, rambutan, longan) in Southern Thailand for fiscal year 2026 and operational directions for 2027.
🍃 Lessons learned from field visits to monitor the management of orchards during and outside the season, and the context related to fruit logistics in Southern Thailand.
🌳 🌳 🌳 Field visits were conducted to monitor the orchard management situation during the season and the context related to fruit logistics in Southern Thailand at the longan orchard of Mr. Phisarn Phitakthan,
Moo 1, Khao Wong Subdistrict, Ban Ta Khun District, Surat Thani Province, and the durian orchard of Mr. Suchart Kongrod, Moo 7, Yan Khao Subdistrict, Khiri Rat Nikhom District, Surat Thani Province.

📌ในการนี้ ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้ร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลด้านการผลิตสินค้าเกษตร สถานการณ์ทางเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร ตลอดจนประเด็นปัญหาและความท้าทายที่สำคัญของภาคเกษตรในพื้นที่ภาคใต้ตอนล่าง ซึ่งข้อมูลดังกล่าวจะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับบริบทการเกษตรของประเทศไทย
📌ทั้งนี้ การหารือดังกล่าวนับเป็นโอกาสอันดีในการเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ ความเข้าใจ และความร่วมมือระหว่างหน่วยงาน เพื่อเป็นพื้นฐานสำหรับการประสานความร่วมมือด้านการเกษตรที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อทั้งสองประเทศต่อไป

📌Mr. Sriprai Boonyadech, Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 9 (ROAE 9), assigned Ms. Sudarat Sae-ui, Director of the Research and Evaluation Section, together with ROAE 9 officials, to welcome representatives from the Office of Agricultural Affairs, U.S. Embassy Bangkok, during their visit to obtain information on the agricultural situation in southern Thailand. The meeting was held at the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 9 in Songkhla Province.
📌During the meeting, both parties exchanged information on agricultural production, the agricultural economic situation, as well as key issues and challenges facing the agricultural sector in the lower southern region. The information shared will contribute to a better understanding of Thailand’s agricultural context.
📌The discussion provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen relations, mutual understanding, and cooperation between the two organizations, laying a foundation for future agricultural collaboration that will benefit both countries.

Mr. Sriprai Bunyadet, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 9 (OAE9), assigned Mrs. Somjai Kaewsawang, Professional Policy and Plan Analyst, to attend the 3rd Meeting of the Trang Provincial Agricultural Development Steering Committee and the District-Level Agricultural Development Steering Working Group for Fiscal Year 2026. The meeting was held at Phraya Ratsada Meeting Room, 5th Floor, Trang City Hall, Trang Province, and was chaired by Ms. Kittiya Supantee, Trang Provincial Agriculture and Cooperatives Officer.
The meeting acknowledged the progress of the Trang Provincial Agricultural Disaster Monitoring and Problem-Solving Center, the implementation results of projects funded under the Provincial Development Budget and Provincial Cluster Budget for Fiscal Year 2026, the quality classification of Large Agricultural Land Plots (Large Plot) for 2026, and the appointment of the District Agricultural Production Efficiency Learning Center Committees in Trang Province.
The meeting also discussed the implementation of agricultural development activities at the provincial and district levels, as well as preparations for the sports event aimed at strengthening relationships, “Trang 69: Gathering of Ministry of Agriculture Personnel,” and the retirement appreciation ceremony for government officials for Fiscal Year 2026.
On this occasion, the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 9 presented the Agricultural Economic Situation for the Second Quarter of 2026 and the Outlook for 2026 (April–June) in Trang Province. The information is intended to support relevant agencies in planning and driving the development of agricultural commodity-related economic activities in the area.

โดยในที่ประชุมมีการติดตามการดำเนินงานการวางตัวชี้วัดในรอบ 12 เดือน ปีงบประมาณ 2569 พร้อมทั้งเตรียมความพร้อมในการกำหนดแผนการจัดส่งหลักฐานตัวชี้วัด เพื่อเป็นแนวทางขับเคลื่อนการดำเนินงานให้เป็นไปในทิศทางเดียวกัน

Mr. Sriprai Bunyadet, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 9 (OAE Region 9), assigned Ms. Sudarat Sae-ui, Director of the Research and Evaluation Division and Chairperson of the Working Group on Monitoring and Evaluation of Performance Agreement Achievement, to chair the 4th/2026 Working Group Meeting at the meeting room of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 9.

The meeting focused on monitoring the implementation of performance indicators for the 12-month assessment period of Fiscal Year 2026. The Working Group also prepared for the development of a plan for submitting supporting evidence for the performance indicators. This plan will serve as a framework for driving the implementation of activities in a consistent and coordinated direction.

Mr. Krongsak Songraksa, Deputy Secretary-General of the Office of Agricultural Economics, presided over the September 2026 Staff Meeting of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 9 (OAE Region 9), Meeting No. 9/2026, and conducted an official visit to OAE Region 9 to review the progress of operations and budget expenditures. The meeting also provided an opportunity to listen to challenges, obstacles, and suggestions from staff in order to jointly develop solutions and adapt to challenges in work implementation.
In addition, policies and operational guidelines were provided to ensure that agricultural economic activities at the local level are effectively driven toward their targets and achieve tangible results.
The meeting was attended by Mr. Sriprai Bunyadet, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 9, together with government officials, staff of the Agricultural Economic Intelligence Center (AEIC), and personnel of OAE Region 9. The meeting was held at the OAE Region 9 Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, Mueang Songkhla District, Songkhla Province.

ทั้งนี้ เพื่อรับทราบปัญหาและความเดือดร้อนของประชาชนในพื้นที่ ตลอดจนประสานการดำเนินงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อนำข้อมูลไปใช้ประกอบการกำหนดแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาและขับเคลื่อนภารกิจของกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ เป็นรูปธรรม และสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของประชาชนในพื้นที่ต่อไป

On Tuesday, 1 September 2026, Mr. Peerapun Korthong, Secretary-General of the Office of Agricultural Economics, assigned Mr. Krongsak Songraksa, Deputy Secretary-General of the Office of Agricultural Economics, to serve at the Damrongdhama Center’s Forward Service Point, located at the Kho Hong Town Municipality Office, Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province.
The assignment aimed to hear and acknowledge the problems and concerns of local residents, as well as to coordinate with relevant agencies. The information gathered will be used to formulate appropriate solutions and advance the missions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives in an efficient, tangible manner that responds effectively to the needs of people in the area.

วันที่ 31 สิงหาคม 2569 เลขาธิการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร (นายพีรพันธ์ คอทอง) มอบหมายให้นายศรีไพร บุญยะเดช ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 9 (สศท.9) พร้อมด้วยเจ้าหน้าที่ ร่วมติดตามการลงพื้นที่ตรวจราชการของ นายกรัฐมนตรี (นายอนุทิน ชาญวีรกูล) และคณะ ณ ประตูระบายน้ำหน้าควน ตำบลควนลัง อำเภอหาดใหญ่จังหวัดสงขลา เพื่อติดตามความคืบหน้าการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาอุทกภัย ในพื้นที่ จากนั้น ลงพื้นที่ย่านเมืองเก่าสงขลา เยี่ยมชมแหล่งประวัติศาสตร์ ศิลปวัฒนธรรม และวิถีชีวิตของชุมชน เพื่อส่งเสริมศักยภาพเมืองเก่าสงขลาสู่การเป็น “เมืองมรดกโลก” ควบคู่กับการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์ โดยนำทุนทางวัฒนธรรมและอัตลักษณ์ท้องถิ่นมาต่อยอด สร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มด้านการท่องเที่ยวและเศรษฐกิจของจังหวัด

On August 31, 2026, the Secretary-General of the Office of Agricultural Economics (Mr. Peerapan Kothong) assigned Mr. Sriprai Boonyadej, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 9 (OAE 9), along with staff, to accompany the Prime Minister (Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul) and his delegation on an official inspection visit to the Na Khuan floodgate in Khuan Lang Subdistrict, Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province, to monitor the progress of flood prevention and mitigation in the area. Following this, they visited the old town of Songkhla, exploring historical sites, arts and culture, and the community's way of life. This aims to promote Songkhla's potential as a "World Heritage City," coupled with the development of a creative economy, leveraging cultural capital and local identity to create added value for tourism and the province's economy.

ในการนี้ รัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ได้ตรวจเยี่ยมการดำเนินงานขององค์กรประมงท้องถิ่นและกลุ่มผู้เลี้ยงปลากะพงเกาะยอ พร้อมรับฟังผลการดำเนินงานและผลสัมฤทธิ์ของกลุ่ม ตลอดจนเยี่ยมชมนิทรรศการและรับชมการสาธิตการรักษาคุณภาพปลากะพงด้วยวิธีอิเคะจิเมะ (Ikejime) รวมทั้งร่วมปล่อยพันธุ์สัตว์น้ำและสารปรับปรุงคุณภาพน้ำ ตลอดจนจุลินทรีย์เพื่อรักษาสภาพแวดล้อมทางน้ำ ณ กลุ่มผู้เลี้ยงปลากะพงเกาะยอ ตำบลเกาะยอ อำเภอเมืองสงขลา จังหวัดสงขลา
ทั้งนี้ เพื่อรับทราบผลการดำเนินงาน ตลอดจนปัญหาและความต้องการของเกษตรกรในพื้นที่ เพื่อนำข้อมูลไปใช้ประกอบการกำหนดแนวทางและขับเคลื่อนภารกิจของกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ให้มีประสิทธิภาพและสอดคล้องกับบริบทของพื้นที่ต่อไป

On Sunday, 30 August 2026, Mr. Peeraphan Korthong, Secretary-General of the Office of Agricultural Economics (OAE), assigned Mr. Krongsak Songraksa, Deputy Secretary-General of the OAE, together with officials from the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 9 (ROAE 9), to accompany Mr. Watcharaphon Khaokham, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives, during his official inspection in Songkhla Province and to record the directives issued during the visit.
During the visit, the Deputy Minister inspected the operations of a local fisheries organization and the Ko Yo Asian Seabass Farmers Group. He was briefed on the group’s performance and achievements, visited an exhibition, and observed a demonstration of the Ikejime technique for preserving the quality and freshness of Asian seabass. He also participated in the release of aquatic animal fingerlings and the application of water conditioners and beneficial microorganisms to maintain water quality. The activities were held at the Ko Yo Asian Seabass Farmers Group, Ko Yo Subdistrict, Mueang Songkhla District, Songkhla Province.
The visit aimed to review the group’s operations and gain first-hand insight into the challenges and needs of local farmers. The information gathered will support the formulation of appropriate measures and the effective implementation of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives’ missions in accordance with local conditions and farmers’ needs.

นายพีรพันธ์ คอทอง เลขาธิการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร มอบหมายให้นายศรีไพร บุญยะเดช ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 9 (สศท.9) พร้อมด้วยเจ้าหน้าที่ร่วมลงพื้นที่และจดข้อสั่งการการตรวจราชการในพื้นที่จังหวัดสงขลา ของนางสาวปิยะรัฐชย์ ติยะไพรัช รัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ณ หอประชุมเปรม 100 ปี มหาวชิราวุธ โดยการลงพื้นที่ครั้งนี้ได้ร่วมเปิดสัมมนา “การขับเคลื่อนเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมด้านการเกษตร เพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพเกษตรกรต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ” เยี่ยมชมนิทรรศการผลงานเด่นด้าน CSA องค์ความรู้ เทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมจากหน่วยงาน สังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ สถาบันการศึกษา หน่วยงานภาครัฐและภาคเอกชน รวมถึงเยี่ยมชมนิทรรศการผลงาน YSF วิสาหกิจชุมชน เครือข่ายเกษตรกร และผลิตภัณฑ์เด่นในพื้นที่ รวมถึงมอบนโยบายการขับเคลื่อนงานกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์สู่ระดับภูมิภาคแก่ผู้บริหาร สสก.5 เกษตรจังหวัด และผู้อำนวยการศูนย์ปฏิบัติการ ภาคใต้ ตามลำดับ

Mr. Peeraphan Korthong, Secretary-General of the Office of Agricultural Economics (OAE), assigned Mr. Sriprai Boonyadech, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Zone 9 (OAE Zone 9), together with officials, to participate in a field visit and record the directives issued during the official inspection in Songkhla Province by Ms. Piyarat Tiyapairat, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives. The event was held at the Prem 100th Anniversary Auditorium, Mahavajiravudh School.
During the field visit, the delegation participated in the opening of the seminar entitled “Driving Agricultural Technology and Innovation to Enhance Farmers’ Capacity to Adapt to Climate Change.” They also visited exhibitions showcasing outstanding Climate-Smart Agriculture (CSA) initiatives, knowledge, technologies, and innovations presented by agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, educational institutions, government agencies, and the private sector.
In addition, they visited exhibitions featuring the achievements of Young Smart Farmers (YSF), community enterprises, farmer networks, and outstanding local products. The Deputy Minister also delivered policy guidelines on advancing the work of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives at the regional level to executives of the Agricultural Extension Office Region 5, Provincial Agriculture Officers, and directors of operational centers in the Southern Region, respectively.
