🔷 Ms. Rukchanok Thuiwiang, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 11, Ubon Ratchathani (OAE 11), assigned Mrs. Siraphon Thianpopirug, Director of the Agricultural Information Division, along with OAE 11 staff, to attend the 5th/2026 Yasothon Provincial Agricultural Steering Committee Meeting (Single Command Province: SCP).
🔷 The meeting was chaired by Mr. Worachet Chaonuea, Yasothon Provincial Agriculture and Cooperatives Officer, aimed at driving key policies of the government and the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives at both provincial and district levels with unity, speed, and enhanced efficiency.

🕵️‍♀️ นางสาวรักชนก ทุยเวียง ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 11 (สศท.11) เป็นประธานการประชุมเจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 11 ประจำเดือนสิงหาคม 2569 ครั้งที่ 8/2569 เพื่อรับทราบผลการดำเนินงาน ติดตามความก้าวหน้าการปฏิบัติงานของหน่วยงาน และร่วมพิจารณาแนวทางการขับเคลื่อนภารกิจให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

📌 Office of Agricultural Economics Region 11 Holds Monthly Meeting for August 2026 to Monitor Performance and Drive Missions Efficiently

🗓️ Date: August 25, 2026 at 9:00 A.M.
🕵️‍♀️ Presiding Officer: Ms. Ratchanok Tuaywiang, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 11 (OAE Region 11), chaired the monthly staff meeting for August 2026 (8th session/2026). The meeting aimed to acknowledge operational results, track the progress of each unit, and jointly consider guidelines for driving missions to achieve targets effectively.

· 🔹 Summary of energy consumption for July 2026

ที่ประชุมร่วมกันพิจารณาและจัดทำข้อมูลปริมาณการผลิตสินค้าเกษตรด้านพืชที่สำคัญ จำนวน 11 สินค้า ได้แก่ ข้าวนาปี หอมแดง กระเทียม มันฝรั่ง ข้าวโพดเลี้ยงสัตว์ รุ่น 1 ถั่วเหลือง รุ่น 1 ปีเพาะปลูก 2568/69 ปาล์มน้ำมัน ยางพารา มะพร้าวผลแก่ สับปะรดปัตตาเวีย ปี 2568 และ กาแฟ ปี 2569
ครอบคลุมข้อมูล เนื้อที่เพาะปลูก เนื้อที่เก็บเกี่ยว ผลผลิตรวม ผลผลิตเฉลี่ยต่อไร่ และสถานการณ์การผลิต เพื่อให้ข้อมูลมีความถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และสามารถนำไปใช้ประกอบการวางแผนและกำหนดนโยบายด้านการเกษตรได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

OAE Northeastern Offices Collaborate to Improve Agricultural Crop Production Data Quality

Mr. Paitoon Silapat, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics 3 (OAE 3), Udon Thani; Mr. Noppadol Sriphan, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics 4 (OAE 4), Khon Kaen; Mr. Bandit Wattanaputtikul, representing the Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics 5 (OAE 5), Nakhon Ratchasima; and Ms. Ratchanok Thuywiang, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics 11 (OAE 11), Ubon Ratchathani, jointly chaired the 1st Meeting of the Working Group on Improving the Quality of Agricultural Crop Production Data for the Northeastern Region of Thailand, 2026.
🔹 Focusing on Key Agricultural Crops in the Northeastern Region
The meeting considered and developed production data for 11 major agricultural crops, namely: wet-season rice, shallots, garlic, potatoes, first-season maize, first-season soybeans for the 2025/26 crop year, oil palm, rubber, mature coconut, Pattavia pineapple for 2025, and coffee for 2026.
The data covered cultivated area, harvested area, total production, average yield per rai, and production situations. The initiative aims to ensure that agricultural data are accurate, comprehensive, and reliable, and can be effectively used to support agricultural planning and policymaking.
🔹 Representatives from the Office of Agricultural Economics (OAE), including OAE 3 in Udon Thani, OAE 4 in Khon Kaen, OAE 5 in Nakhon Ratchasima, OAE 11 in Ubon Ratchathani, and the Agricultural Information Center, participated in the meeting. Representatives also attended from the Department of Agricultural Extension (DOAE), including the Office of Agricultural Extension and Development Region 4 and Provincial/District Agriculture Offices; the Rice Department, including Rice Seed Centers and Rice Research Centers; the Department of Agriculture, including the Agricultural Research and Development Region Offices 3 and 4; the Royal Irrigation Department, including Regional Irrigation Offices 5, 6, 7, and 8; the Rubber Authority of Thailand; and the Provincial Offices of Agriculture and Cooperatives.
📊 The data reviewed and endorsed by the Working Group will subsequently be submitted to the Subcommittee on Improving the Quality of Agricultural Crop Production Data. This process reflects strong inter-agency collaboration in developing standardized and reliable agricultural databases to support effective agricultural management and policy formulation in Thailand’s Northeastern Region.

🔹 Ms. Rukchanok Thuiwiang, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 11 (OAE 11), Ubon Ratchathani, assigned Ms. Jutharat Phasuk, Economist Practitioner, and team to participate in the traditional textile fashion show at the “Preserving Artistic Heritage and Ubon Ratchathani’s Traditional Textiles” event, under the theme “Wear Ubon Textiles and Stay Trendy.” The event was presided over by Mr. Narong Thepsena, Governor of Ubon Ratchathani Province, who also joined the activities. The event was attended by heads of government agencies, representatives from state-owned enterprises, the private sector, members of the media, and the public, who proudly took part in this significant occasion.

📝 The Office of Agricultural Economics Region 11 (OAE 11) took part in activities held to commemorate the birthday anniversary of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, the Queen Mother, and the National Mother's Day of 2026. The event took place at Wat Mahawanaram, in the Mueang District of Ubon Ratchathani Province.

🎬 On this occasion, Ms. Rakchanok Thuaywiang, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 11, assigned Mr. Theerapol Phonphak, Policy and Planning Analyst (Senior level), along with OAE 11 staff, to attend the event.

🎬 The participation aimed to demonstrate loyalty and profound gratitude for Her Majesty's immeasurable benevolence, as well as to help preserve the significance of Mother's Day, to contribute to the important provincial activities of Ubon Ratchathani, and to express unity and loyalty to the Thai monarchy.
