📰 𝙉𝙀𝙒𝙎: การทางพิเศษแห่งประเทศไทย (กทพ.) ร่วมกับมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ โดยสำนักส่งเสริมและฝึกอบรม กำแพงแสน จัดโครงการฝึกอบรมหลักสูตร “Micro MBA” ระหว่างวันที่ 16 มิถุนายน – 27 สิงหาคม 2569 ให้แก่บุคลากรการทางพิเศษแห่งประเทศไทย จำนวน 50 คน เพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้และพัฒนาศักยภาพด้านการบริหารจัดการสำหรับผู้บริหารและบุคลากรขององค์กร เมื่อวันที่ 27 สิงหาคม 2569 ณ ห้องประชุม 0101 ชั้น 1 อาคารศูนย์บริหารทางพิเศษ การทางพิเศษแห่งประเทศไทย ได้จัดกิจกรรมนำเสนอโครงการกลุ่ม (Group Project Presentation) ต่อคณะผู้บริหารการทางพิเศษแห่งประเทศไทย โดยมุ่งเน้นการประยุกต์ใช้องค์ความรู้ที่ได้รับจากการฝึกอบรมเพื่อพัฒนาแนวคิดและข้อเสนอโครงการที่สามารถตอบสนองต่อภารกิจและการดำเนินงานของการทางพิเศษแห่งประเทศไทย โดยมี ดร.กันยารัตน์ เชี่ยวเวช เป็นผู้ชี้แจงแนวทางและรายละเอียดการนำเสนอโครงการกลุ่ม และหลังการนำเสนอ ได้ดำเนินการจัดกิจกรรมถอดบทเรียนและสรุปองค์ความรู้ที่ได้รับตลอดหลักสูตร “Micro MBA” โดย รองศาสตราจารย์ชูเกียรติ รักซ้อน เพื่อให้ผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมได้ทบทวน เชื่อมโยง และประยุกต์ใช้องค์ความรู้จากหลักสูตรสู่การปฏิบัติงานอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม
นอกจากนี้ ยังมีพิธีมอบเกียรติบัตรแก่กลุ่มผู้ชนะเลิศการจัดทำและนำเสนอโครงการ โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.เชาว์ อินทร์ประสิทธิ์ รองอธิการบดีวิทยาเขตกำแพงแสน รักษาการผู้อำนวยการสำนักส่งเสริมและฝึกอบรม กำแพงแสน เป็นผู้มอบเกียรติบัตร เพื่อเป็นการยกย่องและสร้างขวัญกำลังใจแก่ผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมที่สามารถนำองค์ความรู้จากหลักสูตรมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการพัฒนาโครงการได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
Expressway Authority of Thailand (EXAT), in collaboration with Kasetsart University through the Office of Extension and Training Kamphaeng Saen (OET.KPS.), organized the “Micro MBA” Training Program from 16 June to 27 August 2026 for 50 EXAT personnel. The program aimed to enhance participants’ knowledge and strengthen their management competencies, contributing to the professional development of executives and personnel within the organization. On 27 August 2026, at Meeting Room 0101, 1st Floor, EXAT Administration Center, the Expressway Authority of Thailand, a Group Project Presentation was held before EXAT executives. The activity focused on applying the knowledge gained throughout the training program to develop ideas and project proposals that support EXAT’s missions and operations. Dr. Kanyarat Chiewvech provided an overview and explained the guidelines and details for the group project presentations. Following the presentations, a course reflection and knowledge synthesis session was conducted by Associate Professor Chookiat Raksorn. The session provided participants with an opportunity to review, integrate, and apply the knowledge gained throughout the “Micro MBA” program to their work in a practical and effective manner.
In addition, a certificate presentation ceremony was held to recognize the winning group for their outstanding project development and presentation. Associate Professor Dr. Chouw Inprasit, Vice President for Kamphaeng Saen Campus and Acting Director of the Office of Extension and Training Kamphaeng Saen, presented the certificates to the winning participants in recognition of their achievements and to encourage them to effectively apply the knowledge and skills gained from the program to future project development.
