ឌីលី - ថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ - ឯកឧត្តម ជុន សុវណ្ណារិទ្ធ ឯកអគ្គរាជទូតកម្ពុជា បានអញ្ជើញចូលជួបសម្តែងការគួរសមជាមួយ ឯកឧត្តម មីហ្គែល ម៉ាក ម៉ាណេតេលូ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងដឹកជញ្ជូន និងសារគមនាគមន៍នៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាធិបតេយ្យទីម័រឡេស្តេ។
ក្នុងអំឡុងពេលជំនួបសម្តែងការគួរសមនេះ ភាគីទាំងពីរបានពិភាក្សាអំពីវឌ្ឍនភាពនៃការអនុវត្តអនុស្សរណៈយោគយល់គ្នា (MoU) ឆ្នាំ ២០២៥ ស្តីពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការក្នុងវិស័យប្រៃសណីយ៍ និងទូរគមនាគមន៍ បច្ចេកវិទ្យាព័ត៌មាន និងទំនាក់ទំនង និងបរិវត្តកម្មឌីជីថល។
កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះបានផ្តោតកិច្ចពិភាក្សាសំខាន់លើការរៀបចំត្រៀមសម្រាប់ការអញ្ជើញចូលរួម នាពេលខាងមុខរបស់គណៈប្រតិភូកម្ពុជា ដែលដឹកនាំដោយ ឯកឧត្តម បណ្ឌិត ជា វ៉ាន់ដេត រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងប្រៃសណីយ៍ និងទូរគមនាគមន៍នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ក្នុងពិធីសម្ពោធជាផ្លូវការនៃថ្នាលឌីជីថល verify.gov.tl ដែលនឹងជាព្រឹត្តិការណ៍សំខាន់មួយនៅក្នុងកិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងធ្វើបរិវត្តកម្មឌីជីថលរបស់ទីម័រឡេស្តេ ក្នុងការធានាការផ្តល់សេវាសាធារណៈប្រកបដោយតម្លាភាព និងប្រសិទ្ធភាព តាមរយៈបច្ចេកវិទ្យាឌីជីថលប្រកបដោយភាពច្នៃប្រឌិត។
ការដាក់ឱ្យដំណើរការថ្នាលឌីជីថលនេះនឹងបង្ហាញពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការដ៏ល្អ រវាងក្រសួងប្រៃសណីយ៍ និងទូរគមនាគមន៍កម្ពុជា ក៏ដូចជាគណៈកម្មាធិការរដ្ឋាភិបាលឌីជីថលនៃរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា និងក្រសួងដឹកជញ្ជូន និងសារគមនាគមន៍ទីម័រឡេស្តេ ក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍប្រព័ន្ធផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់ថ្នាលឌីជីថលដែលមានមូលដ្ឋានលើប្លុកឆេននេះ។
កិច្ចសហការនេះពង្រឹងបន្ថែមទៀតនូវចំណងមិត្តភាព និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការដ៏រឹងមាំថែមៀត រវាងកម្ពុជា និងទីម័រឡេស្តេ ជាពិសេសបន្ទាប់ពីការចូលជាសមាជិកអាស៊ានលើកទី១១ របស់ប្រទេសទីម័រឡេស្តេ៕

Dili-27 May 2026- His Excellency Ambassador of Cambodia CHUN Sovannarith paid a courtesy call on His Excellency Eng. Miguel Marques Manetelu, Minister of Transport and Communications of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste.
During the courtesy call meeting, both sides discussed progress in the implementation of the 2025 Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation in the fields of post and telecommunications, information and communication technology and digital transformation.
The meeting placed a central focus on preparation for the upcoming participation of the Cambodian delegation led by His Excellency Dr. CHEA Vandeth, Minister of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications of the Kingdom of Cambodia, in the Official Launch Ceremony of the verify.gov.tl Platform which will mark an important milestone in Timor-Leste’s digital transformation efforts in securing transparent and efficient public service delivery through innovative digital technology.
The launch of this digital platform will represent significant cooperation between Cambodia’s Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, as well as the Digital Government Committee of the Royal Government of Cambodia, and the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Timor-Leste in developing this blockchain-based digital verification system.
The collaboration further strengthens the bonds of friendship and cooperation between Cambodia and Timor-Leste, particularly following Timor-Lester’s accession as 11th ASEAN Member State.
