Get Fit this Spring!!
USAFE-AFAFRICA Human Performance Optimization has launched three 6-week remote training camps led by USAFE strength coaching that started March 2, 2025, however you still have an opportunity to sign-up!
Each camp consists of Airmen training remotely on a common program in the Volt app, and an online community in the Volt App where Airmen can ask questions of their strength coach, celebrate accomplishments, and provide encouragement to other members of the community.
Participants can choose between three different camps shown below deepening on their goals, interests, and abilities, ranging from hardcore fitness enthusiasts to Airmen looking for help in starting a more consistent fitness journey, scan QR code for more details and to sign up!
Camp Ascend (Beginner-Friendly | 3x/week): For beginners, anyone returning to fitness, or those looking for a balanced, approachable routine.
Camp Horizon (Mobility & Functional Movement | 3x/week: For those wanting to improve flexibility, mobility, and overall movement quality
Camp Titan (Advanced | 4-5x/week): For advanced athletes, heavy lifters, or anyone dedicated to intense training.
