Dr. Hosein is presently the administrative and technical contact for the TT top level domain, CEO of the TTNIC, a tenured Professor of Computer Science at the University of the West Indies, and is also the founder of TTLabs.

Mr. Devisse has led teams in top technology companies in the USA and Japan. After receiving his Engineering Physics degree in Montreal he worked in Tokyo as an International Project Manager for NTT (Nippon Telegraph & Telephone), then as a Product Marketing Manager for Gateway Computers. After 5 years in Japan, he moved to California’s Silicon Valley to work with Handspring as International Product Manager.
