The Ministry of Works and Transport (MoWT), in collaboration with TTIFC, TSTT’s Emerging Services and Innovation Division, and TTPost, is bringing you a faster, smarter way to apply for and receive your Certified Copy Certificate—whether online or in-person at the Caroni Licensing Office.

✅ Pay using secure debit/credit card payments with the online Certified Copy application solution and with debit card via the self-service kiosk
