New senior staff members of the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) participated in a six-day workshop which was held from Wednesday 12th February to Wednesday 19th February 2025, at the CCC Headquarters, VMCOTT Compound.

The Programme aimed to enhance the training and development of our new senior staff, ensuring the continued delivery of quality service to our enlisted trainees. Additionally, it sought to improve employee performance and strengthen the workforce.
