🎗 October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month 🎗

The Ministry of Defence joins the global community in raising awareness about breast cancer and promoting early detection.

Early detection saves lives — take the time to get screened, encourage others to do the same, and support those affected.

🎗Try the "Know Your Lemons App" :

A tool that teaches you how to check your breasts properly, understand warning signs, track your screening schedule, and locate nearby clinics. It makes breast health easy to learn — and hard to ignore.

💡 Remember: Awareness is Power. Action is Survival.
