Promoting literacy is at the heart of what we do. At SGSSLMC we believe that Literacy is more than reading—it's confidence, communication, and a lifelong love of learning.

We were proud to host our Spelling Bee Competition on 11th June 2026. Conceived by Library Assistant I, Ms. Nicolette Burke, this initiative provided students with an exciting opportunity to build confidence, expand their vocabulary, and showcase their spelling abilities. Through the collective efforts of the library team and various school departments, we were able to create a meaningful celebration of learning and literacy.
