Today, the Local Economic Development Unit of the Sangre Grande Regional Corporation hosted its workshop: Finance Fundamentals: Preparing Your First Cash Flow Statement - facilitated by Ms. Nneka Esdelle.

Participants gained a better understanding of how money moves through a business, focusing on cash inflows vs. outflows, creating a simple cash flow statement and budget, and identifying common cash leaks. The session provided practical tools to support smarter financial management and more sustainable business growth.
